Thank Goodness for texting, though. Was very helpful, I'm not very good at Technical online stuff and he helped me through it.

I received a solicitation from autopay unexpectedly and thought at first that it was a scam. I did some research a s found they were a reputable company. My experience was great! I even referred a friend, who refinanced 2 cars. The disappointing part was that I was told there was a referral bonus or incentive foe referring a friend, and it's been over 6 months now and haven't heard a peep about the referral bonus.

I applied for refinance everything going good. Then no contact at all talked to loan specialist told me he would contact me next day and it has been a week and no contact. Very unprofessional

A joke of a process they have. Say your approved based on what credit karma says then tell you that your approved after submitting a ton of documents with almost double the interest rate. Not very upfront or fair. Would not recommend

I got an offer from Autopay to refinance my car in Creditkarma and I moved forward, but they are intermediary and the lender is another company, Autopay charged me $650 just for submitting the refinancing application to the new lender...they are stealing money from the customers!!!
