There was absolutely no follow up at all. There were promises to help prevent a tax lean reduce my tax burden nothing was done. I had to make a deal with the irs after a tax lean was done . A large waste of money for no Benefit would not recommend.

Ware of time and money, spent thousands of dollars for them to just stall the its and rack up more debt. They will in the end just set up a payment plan for you with the irs. You are able to do that yourself and don't need them. Don't waste your time or money on this.

They have left me hanging and no longer answer my phone calls or emails. Paid over $10 k for help and they have not accomplished anything. trying to get a Lien removed so I can sell some property and pay the IRS and they are not helping.

After talking to the NCDOR officer, I found that you defrauded me and others. You can not have the interest and penalties removed, I had to negotiate a resolution to my case. You and all the other tax companies should be closed down for good. I will get my money back that was paid to your company.

I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. Let start by saying they cold call using the number you call to report robo calls as their caller ID. The honest goes down hill form there. Hire a realy tax atty not this overpriced not help once they get your money peopel

They say on their site they do an analysis before taking your money, not true!! $6000 no communication on status, list documents, no return phone calls and now told they can’t help, because of our income. Did not reduce my tax debt, just delayed it, which cost me more in interest & penalties. Did not assist me with 2016 & 2017 tax preparation, as promised. Every time I called there was a different agent handling my case! VERY costly for what I received!!

They advertise they can help your situation and in most cases lower the amount you owe. All they did was set up a payment plan for me. Even that took 3 months. I could have done that myself and they charged me 3,000 dollars to do it

They couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me and they weren't very good about getting back to me when they said they would, be it by phone or email. Then after they dropped me as a customer, they sold my name and number to every tax help company ever created. My phone has been ringing off the hook.

Very poor service. Explained the process poorly. After receiving first payment were very slow in moving and after about a month was told needed to re negotiate the contract. Already was at 5k which is more than stated on this site. Still trying to get some traction as nothing has been done. 3rd paycheck being garnished since contacting them.

I went from owing around 10,000 for tax year 2016 to 21,000 and owing 7,000 for year 2017. Wow you really saved me alott of money on top of paying you guys 3,800. I could have done all that on my own all you did was file my taxes for those two years. Now I’m paying you 200 a month for 18 months and the irs 400 a month for who knows how long?

So far, I am not pleased at all. They advertise that they can settle for pennies on the dollar. I am now told they cannot do that. I have paid the company money, I could have been paying towards my debt. Starting to research another company. I don't understand how this company has such a high rating.

Called twice told them what happened but guy I talked to first time wasn't available and would get in touch with me about. Three weeks later haven't heard anything.
