I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. Let start by saying they cold call using the number you call to report robo calls as their caller ID. The honest goes down hill form there. Hire a realy tax atty not this overpriced not help once they get your money peopel

Awful, don’t bother!! They say on their site they do an analysis before taking your money, not true!! $6000 no communication on status, list documents, no return phone calls and now told they can’t help, because of our income. According to their own website that should have been don in the first hour!!!

They were good but had some problems with what seemed like lack of staff and they missed a part that the IRS came back at us and we had to pay extra fees.

Did not reduce my tax debt, just delayed it, which cost me more in interest & penalties. Did not assist me with 2016 & 2017 tax preparation, as promised. Every time I called there was a different agent handling my case! VERY costly for what I received!!

They advertise they can help your situation and in most cases lower the amount you owe. All they did was set up a payment plan for me. Even that took 3 months. I could have done that myself and they charged me 3,000 dollars to do it

They couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me and they weren't very good about getting back to me when they said they would, be it by phone or email. Then after they dropped me as a customer, they sold my name and number to every tax help company ever created. My phone has been ringing off the hook.

Very poor service. Explained the process poorly. After receiving first payment were very slow in moving and after about a month was told needed to re negotiate the contract. Already was at 5k which is more than stated on this site. Still trying to get some traction as nothing has been done. 3rd paycheck being garnished since contacting them.

I went from owing around 10,000 for tax year 2016 to 21,000 and owing 7,000 for year 2017. Wow you really saved me alott of money on top of paying you guys 3,800. I could have done all that on my own all you did was file my taxes for those two years. Now I’m paying you 200 a month for 18 months and the irs 400 a month for who knows how long?

So far, I am not pleased at all. They advertise that they can settle for pennies on the dollar. I am now told they cannot do that. I have paid the company money, I could have been paying towards my debt. Starting to research another company. I don't understand how this company has such a high rating.

I have paid almost $ 2,500.00 to tax defense network and having no resoultion as of yet , very frustrated at this point i have went through several tax analysis it is very hard to get a response and rhey will not refund your money i am about to just take matters into my own hands and deal with the irs myself .

Called first time spoke with someone said my case could be taken. Lost connection with him never received a call back. Called twice told them what happened but guy I talked to first time wasn't available and would get in touch with me about. Three weeks later haven't heard anything. Obviously they don't want my business.
