I was told by Tax Defense Network that I was currently non collectable and am permanently living off SSDI. I now have a lien against me. Threatening letters from IRS. Paid entire bill up front. And now this company won’t answer my calls. Don’t know what I can do now?

We paid $6000 for Tax Defense Network to arrange a payment plan In August 2021 we received an email saying the last return from 2019 had been filed and our contract was closed. THEY LIED. The IRS sent us a bill two days ago wanting $29000 by March 7, 2022 and TDN is saying it's our fault although I have their email stating they had filed.

They really made me feel like I was going to be ok after using them. Then the IRS put a lien on my house anyway after they told me it was now non collectable. Didn't tell me until I called after receiving a letter from the IRS that there was nothing they could do about that. Now I'm back at square one. Wasted 2k for nothing. Horrible.

Horrible service. After 6 months of stringing me along I had to threaten to sue them to get a refund. I know others who have also had poor experiences with TDN. In addition, just take a look at the numerous negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau page.

$2500 to make a phone call to irs . Lowered monthly payment , but extended term by 3 more years. Been almost 2 months and still now clue exactly what I owe. I 2ould not recommend using this company. I could have done what they done by making a phone call myself to IRS.

I have been working with this company for over a year and my tax issues remain. As of now the statue of limitations runs out on one of my returns in April. Meaning the return won’t be applied to my balence. These were supposed to have been filed 5 months ago and I am again for the third time faxing signatures for these returns to be sent.

Paid a lot of money for nothing. I finally started making payments on my own which is what I should of done instead of depending on this horrible company to help me out.
