I had to keep calling to see what the status was of my arrangements. I wasn't kept informed properly for the amount of money I was charged and for what you did for me, I could done myself speaking directly to the IRS for a lot less money.

The lady dealing with our case was often rude and gave misleading info. We had the understanding that they could negotiate the amount we owed to the IRS meanwhile fees and penalties kept piling up and we owed more than we started with. We paid them over 7k to do what I should have just done myself.

once my initial caseworker left, the service was terrible. They missed a letter from the IRS and now they want to charge me another $5000 to fix their mistake. I am extremely disappointed. They didn't save me any money at all and I am still paying them for services and still have issues with the IRS

At first they told me everything i wanted to hear. Carlos (a tax consultant) was very nice to me and answered me when i needed him. Now that I've been assigned to my case worker (lawyer) things aren't the same. It seems as tho he's working for the irs and not me. I'm very depressed and overwelmed at this moment. Hopefully Carlos can call me back and he or someone else can look at my case.

If I could give a zero I would. They did not resolve my tax issues. All they did was put it on hold. I could've called the IRS and did that myself. The original agreement was going to be $5000.00 to get a payment arrangement or settlement amount. So there went $5000 down the drain. Switched bank accounts, and draft didn't come out for $300. Called again to let them know to take it out of different account. While I was on the phone I wanted a number to complain about my case. Would not give me a phone number until they took out the payment again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After paying Tax Defense Network about $3500 to help me get my taxes into a non-collectible status it was good for 2 years I had a small show of income in 2017 and IRS sent me a letter that I owe all that money $7,000 VERY FRUSTRATED (I got a loan to pay off TDN early I could have just paid the IRS)

I make a monthly payment of $297.05 to their finance company for their services. I thought they were supposed to shield me from the IRS. instead, the IRS started taking money from my social security check (334.00). Each month I ask if they've informed the IRS that they are representing me & have them stop garnishing my wages. I never get a straight answer. The IRS took money from me the last three months. If this happens again in May, I will fire them cause I can not afford$297.00 to them and $334.00 to the IRS.

The person who registered me was completely different from the person who cancelled me two days later. The bottomline is I was led to believe they could help me and maybe they could but bot in the timeline I expected. I guess everyone is all about making money.

I only contacted Tax Defense Network a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by my initial contact, but since then their main focus has been getting paid. When I returned a call from the finance representative I was put on hold for five minutes, at which time I hung up. When I signed my finance contract I discovered my first payment was due a week before I was sent the agreement. At this time I have no idea where I stand and my wages are still being garnished, for how much longer I have no idea. Be I feel like I might be better off trying to deal directly with the revenue services.

I was not impressed with this company. Numerous times I would email and waited days for a response, only to have to email again asking if they had received my email. I was told that I could go directly to IRS page and make my own arrangements for payment, which I did. It was quite the process. I would not refer this company to anyone. I do not feel they did the job that was required and they did not live up to the contract. Way to expensive!

Do not use these people. Payed 2000 in payout plan.After payed in full,they continued to take money out of my account until I put stop payment on them. They didn't do anything for me except setting up a payment plan to the IRS. No penalties or interest removed at had to pay in full what I owed the IRS. Talk to the IRS personally. Save your money or find qualified tax attorney to help you.

Unfortunately, my tax problems have been going on since August of last year and I've sent them $1,500.00 for 2 tax returns and another $1,800.00 for tax resolution with the IRS and we're going no where fast. The people are pleasant to deal with but there's always another piece of paper they need and then it's another form they need - it just goes on and on and nothing gets finalized or finished. I never dreamed this was going to go on this long.
