I've paid over $3,000 and not settled with the IRS yet. I have not seen a plan like promised showing where certain initiatives would help me. I have nothing in writing showing times/dates of contact with the IRS or any proof of work.

This company is a joke they have done nothing at all to help, they will not return any of our calls. My husband supports our family of 6, he has not had a paycheck in almost a month. Our “caseworker” will not return calls, yet their payment department demands we give borrow money to give them $400. We still have no idea when or if he will be getting a paycheck again. If I could leave a negative review, I would have. Save your time and money and use a different service or work to try to rectify your issues yourself!!

😞 Simply Awful! Pete is the worst. 1 day after joining we cancelled, because we had resolved our tax problems on our own. Contract was a three day cancellation. Pete ignored our cancellation and proceeded anyway in order not to refund our initial payment. Still disputing at bank for 2 months with no resolution. If this is how customers are treated , I doubt that they are truly advocates for their clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone have any kind of tax issues. Amazing popping up on screen, anything but! Money hungry thieves !

Everything was going well until i paid off my account in full. Then a month later Tax Defense dinged my account for $750. A day later another ding for $750. Messed my banking account all up. Could not get any help. Had to close my account to stop them from making UNAUTHORIZED charges. Beware.

At the initial call and email. Aaron told me that on my records he see enough penalties and interest that can cover for there service , because I told him that I don't want to spend , more money just trying , it make no sense . After two month they came back with nothing , saying that the IRS already gave me a discount , when I have never got , because I have never ask for it before , and they charge me $2000.00 to tell me what I all ready know , the balance of my account with the IRS . thanks for nothing
