It's been terrible. The high pressure salesman pushed an emotional older person to sign a contract that I didn't even get a chance to read. And they charged me $4950 for premium service which has been a joke. I was promised it would take 60 days it's been 5 months and still no resolution. I have called, emailed complaints and they still cannot give me a resolution date. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

My overall experience was not what I expected, you advertise that some or all of you’re tax debt may be eliminated, which was not the case, the only thing you’re company did was let the irs know I could not pay at the moment. My first contact with you’re company I informed them I owe state and federal taxes, but only the federal taxes were spoken for leaving me with another tax problem. I could have called the irs and did the same thing you’re company did, but now I am stuck with a bill for the services that were not true and forthcoming, but thanks for nothing

Not very professional or respectful. When I decided not to enlist their service, I was bombarded with phone calls 2 or 3 times a day, from different phone numbers. They never left a message, which is also quite unprofessional. This continued even after I said to stop calling me. I finally reported them to the FTC and BBB for harassment. I've no idea if they are still calling, I blocked every number they used and stopped answering my phone. Based on discussions with others, they had similar issues. This company most definitely should not be recommended by your company.

My initial impression was, I should have done this a long time ago. I thought they were going to take care of things. However, after being told all the agents were busy and someone would call me back as soon as possible, and after a short time another person called and let me know how to get in touch with the irs. Thanks but I already knew that. I know I don't owe a huge sum and companies more than likely want to work with bigger debt for bigger profits but the least you could do is say so.

Based on her customer service I felt she was not experinced and I was not satified with her solution. after all the pmts and papers completed she offerred me the same thing that was on IRS website. TAX DEFENSE TOOK OUR MONEY AND FOR 9 MONTHS DID NOTHING . ENDED UP WITH A LEVY ON OUR BANK ACCOUNT, LIEN ON OUR HOME. HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY AND COME TO FIND OUT EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE AT THE STATE LEVEL AND IRS NO ONE FROM THOSE AGENCIES HAD HEARD FROM THEM. IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THEM GO AHEAD YOU WILL LOSE MORE THAN THE $6500 COST TO DO NOTHING.

It took over a year for them to understand I didn't have a personal tax problem, it was a business tax problem even though I had been telling them from the beginning. I had to contact them constantly for updates. They couldn't keep things straight and when questioned about mistakes or miss information I was blown off. After over a year and a half dealing with multiple people they terminated my case because I didn't respond to them fast enough. I have since caught them in a lie. My case was unusual, however it was not that complicated.
