Because I still had to pay back the IRS , isn't optima a tax relief? With the amount of tax I pay all year I don't see why optima couldn't get rid of this debt in full!! That's why I only gave it 1 star

They did absolutely nothing for me. Instead of reducing my tax debt they cost me more money buy paying their fees. I still had the same irs debt after Optima did their thing.
