I received a call in June that the resolution team had finished my case. The news was not what I was hoping for. As a matter of fact my tax debt was rasied another 10,000 dollars. So in my opinion your tv advertisement on tv is a joke and reaching out during the process i never heard back from anyone on the status of my case. I will not be recommending your services to anyone i know.
