I love that you are very organized, always reply to my questions, whether by email or text, especially my advocate Alexis B. He was very knowledgeable of the process and returned with a quick reply whenever the question was more for the tax preparer. In my case, I had to make monthly payments to cover my fees and my returns were not completed until I paid in full. But, I completely understood that. Mr. B was nonetheless in constant contact about where my returns were in the process. An excellent job of keeping track since I needed 6 years worth of returns.

The resolution Community Tax negotiated for me was affordable and professionally rendered at every step. I am very pleased with their results and the problem-solving abilities of the staff I worked with. I didn't realize this at the time I first called CT for help but the CT staff I dealt with were all CT employees, not off-shore contractors. I had some major issues with my taxes and was being hounded by the IRS for months and months and they were close to doing whatever they do next probably Garnishment or taking personal property. It wasn't a good time and my wife and I were not sleeping well and our life was a living stressed fill mess. I heard an add on the radio about Community Tax and pulled my car over and called them. My experience with Community Tax has been very helpful in working with the challenges of dealing with the IRS. I had a number of years of unfilled back taxes and they were able to get all of those back taxes completed for me. My Representative, Cico & the attorney were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done for a successful resolution of my situation.l Additionally, when I ran into a situation with payments plan, the Accounting Department worked with me with an arrangement to resolve the situation. Froud Taxes filling - Taxes Scam - IRS taxes Fraud Worst Experience ever. I paid them to do my taxes (there is not even a problem, it is just filling) and they promise tons of time during phone call amazing assistance. I am asking for weeks for assistance to make sure what I am sending is the correct thing, the ignore my questions and only reply the same protocol message of "we need this papers" They got me with an Instagram advertising, I swear for god if I don't get my refund I'll pay the same money to post a Instagram video of saying how bad this company is

The company stated that they could help lower the interest and penalties. All they did was set me up on a payment plan that more than triple in two years which I will not be able to pay. I have been trying to reach someone for almost two months and cannot get a response. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. The company has not provided the services they advertised.
