We worked with Cynthia A and Angie G for a period of about 2 years. During that time, they were able to help us get our $25k in past due taxes, interest and penalties put into "Case Closed - Currently Not Collectable" status with the IRS... we won't have to pay anything if we can run out the clock by paying each tax year going forward on time every year. During this time, we had a fire at our house, a major car accident involving a "totaled car", reduced work hours, and these issues were in addition to generally not having enough money left at the end of the month to even consider paying down the tax debt. Overall very happy with the service we received. The only thing i would suggest is giving a bimonthly update to the customer weather there has been progress or not. Through out our experience which was a lengthy one which was expected. I never got an update as to our account status without sending several emails and or leaving numerous voicemails. Until we were contacted by Mrs. K, at that point we never had to call for an update she was in touch with us every couple of weeks with detailed updates up to the resolution. Absolutely could not be happier, she was fantastic. Overall a very good experience throughout a rough situation to a very good resolution. I've been searching for a reputable Tax Resolution Firm since beginning of the year. I came across one named, Rush Tax Resolution and I put a deposit a $500 deposit with them, but I called them the next and inform them that I had changed my mind and if I can get a refund. Unfortunately, they did not and said there wasn't any warranty and they started working on the file and it was literally the day after the deposit. I cancelled it, because I was just gonna take care of my tax issues myself. About 8-9 months later, I fell behind again on my taxes, specifically, FTB State, because I was too focused on my IRS Tax debt. I searched online for the best Tax Firm and Anthem Tax Services was the top one and read a lot of positive reviews. I was hesitant at first, but my first conversation with David Cipolla kept me on a positive note. So, I met with them at their office and made a deposit a few days later and felt good about it. The FTB was gonna garnish 25% of my wages every 2 weeks, but Brandi C, Tax Lawyer got to work right away. She was able to get me an affordable monthly payment thru my wages and a very affordable monthly payments with the IRS while in the process of Offer In Compromise. Hopefully, everything works out after and resolve this soon. The staff that I mentioned, customer service and they do what they say they'd do in a realistic manner.

Demetrio Plaza is an amazing employee and represented this Co magically. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Using this Tax Svc Company !!!.. My initial search lead me to another Company that chargedme $500 to review my tax docs,. Offered to remove $7K of my $XX Double Digits.. and the charge would be $3K.. In expressing that wasn't feasable they searched furhter and offered to attempt to remove $17K for an add'l $1k.. totalling $4K +$500 initial = $4,500.. When i read their contract it is one sided. No gaurantees and no money back.. they want it all up front and if they don't get it, you get NOTHING!! In further research there are a ton of tax svc that operate this way.. Not ANTHEM.. Demetrio took a look at my doc and advised there was nothing that could be removed.. but offered to help speak with irs to ask for a one time penalty removal.. Demetrio Plaza at Anthem Tax Svc not only did not charge to look at my docs, speak with irs agent TWICE (while i was on the phone / 3-way). The 2nd time he offered to help request a first time penalty removal fee.....which he did on the phone with me !they charged me for that?????? ZERO!!!!!! NOTHING!!! NO$$$.. They advised they do not charge the full amount if they cannot reduce the irs debt load to a very fair price.. Understanding the labor to do the work doesn't change whether Irs agrees or not but a consumer should also not sign a one sided contract on "HOPE" or a verbal. 'we have a 70% chance of this working" but nothing re. that in writing.. ANTHEM TAX SERVICES!!! They're pretty great

I got Anthem's company info from a Google search which provided me with the best tax advocators. Of course when you get a notice from the IRS, first thing you do is your Anxiety level rises. You do not know where to turn. This is when I called Anthem. My first conversation was with Alex Z. He is very professional and above all cares about the situation that you are in. He was very reassuring and after speaking with him our anxiety level dropped considerably. On to our case manager, Tamera, very informative. Keeping us up to speed with all that was going on. Next step was John K. He is an amazing guy! He is very knowledgeable and very persistent. He knowns what is needed and he will keep bugging you until you provide what is needed. A while ago I received a letter from the IRS. It was an overwhelming and upsetting time for me. I knew this situation was not something I could handle on my own. I made several calls to tax services organizations. Some returned my calls and some did not. I was inspired to leave a review after the resolution to our tax problem was solved. Victor G, had a very difficult and challenging task, in trying to piece together almost 10 years of unfiled taxes. The parties involved were not tech savvy and necessary documentation was not easy to locate. It was a long, complicated mess, that he managed, with grace and patience, to clean up like a Molly Maid! He kept in touch with us over a long period of time to remind us deadlines, etc. The resolution was the best we could hope for. I enthusiastically recommend Anthem Tax Service. I called Anthem because I wanted to catch up on any owed taxes before renewing a passport. I was assigned to Caleb C., who was very pleasant, professional, and indeed helpful. He spent time asking me about my situation to see if I would qualify for Anthem's services. I had been quoted $295 by another tax service to review my case, but Caleb did it right away for free--there was NO attempt to try and sell me services I didn't need. In a matter of a few minutes, we were able to clarify my situation, and it turns out I didn't need further assistance. I hung up feeling better about my situation and feeling really impressed with Caleb for how quickly and efficiently he was able to help me, and at no cost! If I do ever need assistance with my taxes, I won't hesitate to do it through Anthem. I feel like I dealt with an agent that genuinely wanted to help me, which is really important in terms of receiving quality service with something as complex as taxes.

Everything about my experience today was five star. First with my representative, Tim S Was my first representative. I found him very knowledgeable and friendly. As he took all the necessary information I moved on to the next representative Greg.h was my first representative. I found him very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given a notice on the bill around $10,000 that I had from 2016 for my business. he came to find out through Greg and the IRS conference call that I indeed owed nothing to the IRS. They spent quite some time on information and calls. The one that came to find out I owed nothing. to the IRS I also have a pleasant surprise or not doing anything to Anthem For their help. It was a wonderful load off of seniors mine. I can’t think Greg and Tim enough for the excellent service. They actually sounded like they really wanted to help and they did. I found the company by googling best five tax services, read some reviews and gave them a call. They more than met my expectations.

Oh my goodness. I received assistance from Eric H. I am so grateful and appreciative of him. He and I contacted the IRS and after the IRS gave him the information, he said I did not need their services. Erin could have fed me some BS and charged me a fortune because I was so over the IRS. Anthem Tax Service is not about taking money unnecessarily. Eric calling the IRS is their free consultation. Who does anything for free anymore? Thank you Anthem. I used another highly rated service 2 years ago & paid a lot of money and got absolutely nothing!!! The bills and threats continued. I was so afraid. So, I had to do something before I lost my home. Anthem Tax Services Secured an Amazing Deal! I fell behind, long story short... I owed 5 digits. I was just frozen by the daunting task of having to deal with the IRS/State. I was simply overwhelmed by the whole prospect. Anthem stepped in and handled the entire process - communicating with the IRS/State on my behalf and updating me along the way. This all happened during the pandemic, and due to Federal and State backlogs, it took months for the IRS/State to get everything processed, which means both agencies were constantly barraging me with letters and deadlines. Anthem had me email them every single notification that was mailed to me, no matter how insignificant or monotonous the mailing seemed. They encouraged me to email or call anytime I had any questions (and I had a lot of questions); and every time, they answered each question 1 by 1 without making me feel like I was asking stupid questions. The customer service was truly bar none! The team I worked with was Victoria, Valorie F., and Christian G., - together they handled my case... through the pandemic, through the lockdowns, through the holidays and were there for me every single step of the way. They helped make sense of an entirely chaotic and confusing situation. After years of feeling a crushing weight that I just could not seem to get out from under by myself - I couldn't be more satisfied with the resolution that Anthem achieved with both the State and the IRS! --- I was so pleased with the results that I have contracted to work with Anthem for my future tax filings to make sure I don't fall behind again --- I will keep my Rating Updated so that you can see Anthem doesn't just handle difficult cases (like mine) after you've gotten into a hole, but they're also for regular annual filing!

My husband and I owed money to the IRS and could not decide what our next steps were before they garnished our wages or put a levy on our property, so we reached out to Anthem Tax Services and spoke with Sam B. After speaking with him, he immediately reviewed our financial situation and gave us the hard truth...that IRS does not allow all of our expenses (Toys) to be part of their decision on whether to reduce our total due to them. He stated their may be options for us, but asked that he participate in a phone call with the IRS directly to help us determine how much we actually owe so he can assist us in determining our options. We scheduled the call for the very next day. After my husband and I spoke that evening, we decided to refinance the house to get rid of the debt now and begin to move on with our lives without the stress of IRS looming over us. I sincerely thank Sam for his honesty and professionalism in making my husband and I see what we already knew, but needed to hear from a professional. Sam also followed up with us and let us know to reach back out to him if we have any more concerns.

Wanted to write a quick review of the FANTASTIC SERVICE I received from Alex F., one of their tax analysts. Alex's professionalism, communication, candor, and quick service/response were all on point and very much appreciated. He responded quickly to my request for information, and got on a call with me at 7:30 AM Pacific time to walk me through the IRS conference call and initial set-up. He was kind, understanding, patient, and gave me faith that I will be able to get through my tax issues. I had a LESS than satisfactory experience talking to Optima -- as I told him, they pay millions for their advertising, so I called them first. I found Anthem online, after I had the conversation with Optima. So glad I did! Alex is great, and he's the reason I'm going to sign up with Anthem Tax. Awesome service!

Charlie R. has got to be the best agent that Anthem Tax Services has in their employ. His knowledge and the of our situation/problem was immediate as if we had been talking for days. His demeanour is calm and confident. I was a little skeptical about using a tax service thinking was was just some kind of scam and maybe some one that takes your money and you never hear from again. On the contrary... they were courteous and friendly and wanted to help. they worked with the finance for me, Anytime time there were any changes they let me know. my file went through 3 different people (you can't expect 1 person to do it all ) and it seemed like forever but it was only 2 months. in the end they called to tell me my debt with the IRS was wiped clean, I had no more debt after 10 yrs, with interest I owed a little over $100,000. I would definitely recommend Anthem Tax Service to friends and family.. they tell you not all results are the same and obviously they can't be but they go to work and get great results.

I am someone who , for a number of reasons, ran into a tax debt with the IRS. With fees and interest, it was heading toward a substantial, untenable total. The IRS are not forgiving , patient or at all concerned with your personal situations or challenges. I knew that I needed to engage a professional and after some cursory research, I engaged a different tax service. After initial promises, my money was being taken but my calls weren't returned. Months went by with no action taken on my behalf. After many tenuous often heated phone calls I received a partial refund. I knew then that I needed to do more homework and do more research into tax service organizations. I came across Anthem and sent an email query. Within half of a business day my query was returned and I spoke with their engagement team. From the very first ten minutes they were open, direct, honest and professional yet friendly and reasonable. We set up favorable payment terms and with 2 business days the discovery/information gathering members of my assigned team contacted me and thoroughly took all of my information required. They also answered my many questions or promised to have others within the Anthem respond with answers to my questions. They did within 24 hours. Dealing with the IRS is stressful and can be a slow and tedious process. My assigned team at Anthem kept me updated at every step along the way and were again extremely patient and thorough in addressing my concerns. With Covid delays stretching the process, we finally have options that are going to amount to nothing less than an extremely positive, life altering outcome. My Advocate, his Coordinator and their team who are negotiating directly with the IRS on my behalf have explained the merits of each available option. Once again they've patiently addresses all of my questions and concerns. As we work towards finalizing a very favorable outcome, I feel extremely grateful. *I know this sounds like I am a paid spokesperson and that is not the case. * The folks at Anthem are true professionals and even better, very nice people.
