ATS is a class act and Angel F is knowledgeable, courteous, genuinely helpful and personable. Even though my tax debt was below their 10K minimum he helped me save $1000's. Although I had already paid another tax service $595, in just a few minutes Angel gave me clear accurate info about my taxes for free! Thus saving me close to 3K in fees from Clear Start Tax Services. I strongly recommend Anthem Tax Services to treat you fairly and accurately. I rate them 5+.

Service Representatives were professional ,courteous, and patient. Mr. Sam B explained the process, we did a financial analysis, and then placed a call to the IRS to get a better understanding of my tax liability. According to the IRS agent, there was no outstanding balance due to my income. Although I may have been entitled to a tax refund for some of the years in question, the late penalties took that away.

On our initial conversation he informed me that if he can't help us, he would let us know and provide suggestions. That's exactly what he did. Could provide monthly updates so we THE CUSTOMERS are not left in the dark Should have a way to video chat with clients Let's see if they how it goes. Update: after I made this review contact improved and my case was resolved I'm paying the state what I can afford and my IRS is uncollectible at the moment

I would like to edit my previous response. Initially I was very dissatisfied with Anthem Tax Services when I did my initial comments. Jessica contacted me immediately, they reviewed my case and I just received a full payment return. I had a difficult case and when Anthem was unable to reduce any of my tax penalty they did exactly what their stated advertisement says they will do, a full return. I have found Anthem Tax Service to be a reputable firm and would recommend them highly.

They did a great job preparing me for the process. I provided all the documents they needed and they did a thorough analysis of my situation and worked directly with the IRS on my behalf. Their services were not cheap, but was compared to the full tax burden they helped me out from under. Things went slower with the IRS once the pandemic began, but they kept moving forward for me.

Great service...had a few tax returns i needed to catch up on because I was just negligent. After filing the returns which took a little over a week i ended up owing around $31,000 to the IRS. I currently work as consultant so work for me isn't as consistent financially. I knew I couldn't pay the IRS what they were asking. Anthem Tax ended up charging me $2,500 to do an offer in compromise...They settled my debt for $2,000. I'm giving them 4/5 stars because they were positive they would be able to settle my debt for less than $1,000. But, hey ultimately they saved me a nearly $30,000 and they were able to finish everything in less than 60 days. Very happy with their service and I would absolutely recommend using them.

I was completely misled by one of there employees. The person I spoke to convinced me he would in fact reduce the amount I owed the IRS to 10 or 15% of what I owed them. Nothing of the sort happened. All they did was get my balance deemed uncollectible because I was not working at the time. Once I go back to work it will become collectible again and I will be in worse shape than I was before because penalties and interest will be added to the total.
