From the jump they were all over the IRS, they also handled my state issue with the state of MI... talk about a headache but they did it. Now i have a managed issue, and i sleep like a baby. Took about 1 year to complete. They wanted triple what anthem was able to settle for. Worth using them.

Anthem tax services took my call, put my through to the exact specialist to deal with my issue. They then contacted new york state with me on the phone and walked me through the process. After the call they advised me that I am in the best position possible and as such recommended that I don't need to hire them. Extremely honest service.
