In 3019, I Paid $4000 for services were never rendered. Instead I completed and sent forms. (They did help me file for a previous tax year I had neglected.) Received some excel sheet of my IRS record that was never explained. Never received an analysis of my case. Never received any indication that they even ever discussed my case with the IRS! Just endless PR, apologies and requests for documents. I have no proof of course but I am certain that at least 50-60% of the positive reviews on this site are bogus. Do not contract with these people. Get a recommendation from someone you know and who is local to assist with your tax problems. For me, Anthem tax service has mostly been a waste of my hard earned money and my time.
