Anthem Tax Services is a vcery dishonest company Merced, CA

I signed up with Anthem Tax Services (ATS) for help with some back taxes with both the IRS and state of CA. I was told ATS could help me and that the fees I paid ATS would be less that the relief I'd get from both tax agencies. As it turned out this was not accurate. ATS was not able to get any reductions in the taxes I owed. So true to what is stated on ATS's web site, and what the salesperson told me, I received a refund of the fees I paid. I have to thank MC, in customer service, who got me my refund. In the end it all worked out.

It cost $2500 and I had to keep calling and threatening to call the better business bureau before someone would call me back . The only way I got information is when I called or sent an email for an update. Had to keep filling out the same forms over again.

Terrible at communication, filed my returns late even though I had everything ready in time. Doesn't return emails in a timely matter. Cannot ever get a hold of anyone who is handling my case or returns. Got a penalty on my corp for their mishandling of my documents. The list goes on.
