Trinity Solar and Sunnova are fantastic when it comes to installing solar systems. I recieved exceptional communication by email from start to finish. All questions along the way were answered...didnt have to ask much as answers were usually in the emails. Wonderful installers which had the system up in 5 hours and cleaned up well. Sunnova informed us of our tiny bill for the first months electricity over a week in advance.
We are already seeing a significant decrease in our Duquesne Light bill.
I encourage all to go for Solar with these companies if you are tired of feeding the electric companies hundreds of dollars especially with air conditioning running !!! I'd do it again in a heartbeat !
We did not pay for anything but our electric bill which went down by 50% the first month !

I have had an Amazon account for several years. I will continue to do so. I usually pay annually, however, this year I am a little strapped for cash. I converted to monthly until my money flow is better, then I will gt it annually again. I love the free shipping aspect as well as having everything I can think of!

Our family loves Amazon Prime! It's great, affordable, entertaining TV shows and movies! We find ourselves over indulging in some terrific original series/movies, and oldies but goodies. Best part is that we can log in ANYWHERE we are to watch our favorite stuff! I'm also a compulsive shopper, so Amazon Prime saves me money and I love the fast, free shipping!

I'm new to streaming. I was happy with On Demand, but COVID-19 gave me more time to waste and I got hooked on some of my favorite authors' books to screen , like Bosch. I have found no problem with Amazon and the content keeps giving me new shows in the genres I like. All my friends can't afford the annual fee, so the "9" rating below

I have appreciated the services I have received with using Amazon Prime TV and recommend it. It seems like they have a good selection that rotates monthly to add more options and variety. I get Amazon prime video free with my Amazon prime card every month! It is extremely worth it because there are so many choices on this service to keep you binge watching until your heart is content LOL
It is definitely worth the subscription price monthly especially when certain things are only streaming on prime and nowhere else! They have some excellent content that no one else has and they get it before lots of other services so do yourself a favor and subscribe to Amazon prime video today!

Amazon prime is a very reliable service that all my family uses all the time. We have recently benefited from the additional perks of being a prime member, such as video service streaming, as well as music specific to Prime Video I believe there could be more options and variety in terms of content. These perks help balance, the cost of the subscription, which has recently gone up considerably. However, when put into perspective, the shipping for items would be a lot more if you were not a prime member in the long run.
I believe it’s also important to mention that Amazon prime has the best absolute customer service that I have ever experienced. Every single operator that I have come in contact with is always looking for a way to improve the customer experience. Even at times when sellers are not as amicable.

Prime membership leaves me with no guilt for money spent whatsoever. The benefits of expedited free shipping alone are a slam-dunk, but the video component is so broad and deep, and being Amazon latency-free, I can't imagine doing without.
I am distrustful of Amazon and all of these megacorps, but you can't dismiss the result, the product delivered.
On our Rokus, Amazon gets the vox populi. There is no wait for it to snap to 4k, and there is no loading lag. Now we have an Amazon TV to go with our nice neat little collection of Alexa devices.
I wish, how I wish they would buff Audible-Prime cross-subs.

Overall I find Prime's platform really easy to use and non-glitchy in ways you don't see from other streaming services (HBO Max comes to mind as particularly difficult). My favorite part is that it shows you the actors that are in the scenes, as well as I believe music? I'm constantly being like "where have I seen that person" when watching TV and so I feel like this feature is meant for those of us who are really into it. The only complaint I have is that I don't think that Amazon has enough good original content - Mrs. Maisel is the only one that comes to mind and I honestly think it's just okay.

I adore Amazon Prime for its originals (Namely, "The Boys") and its wide variety of streaming options. Even without paying for the channel add-ons, there is always plenty to watch and I have purchased and rented a lot of titles from its extensive library.
The common frustration with this platform, as with Hulu Plus is the fact that there are some titles you can't even purchase as a one-off because you HAVE to add a channel to watch it. That part is frustrating, because the biggest upside to Amazon Prime Video is being able to choose between already-available titles and one-off purchases and rentals. First world problems, but ultimately, I plan to keep using Prime Video for the foreseeable future, since I already utilize several of Amazon's offerings.
Check. Out. Their. Originals. There is some really amazing content and, again, if you are already a Prime member, it is most certainly worth the time.

I really like Amazon Prime. I think it's worth the money to be able to get free 2 day shipping. So often I need a birthday present or a wedding gift and I don't think about it early enough to be able wait for regular shipping. Also when I order something for myself I want it right away. Even 2 days can feel like a long time when you want something. We have one account and several members of our family share it. We have to use the same user name and password but it makes it even more worth it with various people using it. Returns are also easy. A few clicks, you print out a label and mail it back. For some items you do have to pay return shipping so be aware. Another perk is Amazon Prime Movies. I pay for Netflix but I think Amazon Prime has a different and better selection of movies/shows. Not all movies are free on Amazon Prime but they have a good free selection.

There's a reason the "user score" for Amazon is so much higher than with Netflix. Actually there are *several* reasons they are rated higher, and first is value. You get a TON of features for less than 9 bucks a month. I like Netflix but it doesn't give me a huge chunk of cloud storage for photos, music, and ebooks. Nor do I get all of my music on my PC matched in the Cloud. Or a music player to go with, that gives me access to free albums, songs and mixes. And I don't get Ebook conversion and storage for my ebooks, or access to millions more ebooks to add to my library. And Netflix certainly doesn't give me an excellent Ebook reader to go with. All that, and I hardly need mention the free 2 day shipping on gobs of stuff in thousands of categories.
None of that is really about their movie service, but for the price Amazon gives so much more. And since they have made the deal with HBO, there are shows that I can't get on Netflix. Amazon has quality movies, great shows, excellent streaming applications and top notch customer service to go with all the other membership perks, and it makes joining a no-brainer. I love Netflix...but if I had to choose only one? Well, it's no contest.

I do enjoy watching Amazon Prime, they have a great selection of movies and tv shows along with other little tidbits that make your overall experience worth the watch. If you have been with Amazon for the length of time I have, this was the go-to place to get a more customized experience as this was platform for other TV broadcasting stations to stream their content.

I enjoy using Amazon Prime Video streaming but I am disappointed in their change to now show commercials unless you have purchased the premium membership. That being said, I have enjoyed the shows and am happy to find out recently that I can see my Public Broadcasting shows with a paid subscription through Amazon.

This is a great place to watch TV series and movies. I believe it's a great value for the annual fee. And many of the rentals are very reasonable. I don't like that they have moved to having certain programs be connected with other Subscriptions, like HBO, in order to watch certain programs. Also, certain programs are only available with commercials, they're free, but I'd rather pay and not watch commercials. But overall it's a great service.

For the most part, we’ve had a great experience with prime. There are several streaming companies that you buy through prime like Paramount+, which we’ve had lots of issues with, and we can’t figure out how to stop paying for it. So I would say that the ease of using, in the ease of paying for other products and services through prime is a little bit tricky and difficult. But everything we’ve watched through prime directly has been amazing.

I like it because they have a wonderful selection of movies and TV series.
I canceled my direct TV membership because it was so expensive and amazon prime was not.
With Amazon Prime I do not have to worry about antennas oe dishes like Direct tv(satellite)

Being an Amazon Prime member, I certainly enjoy my Amazon Prime video shows I watch. I’m an avid movie watcher, and if there is a movie I like, I have been known to watch it up to 6-8 times. Amazon Prime has so MANY great movies and shows to choose from, it’s not a problem to find whatever type of show you like, action, thriller, drama, family, etc. I do not see my household ever not having Netflix. Our whole family always can find something they enjoy☺️

I love Amazon Prime, I've been a member for years and I do not see that changing anytime soon. Amazon Prime is a membership which pays for itself. I take advantage of the shipping feature which allows me to time the arrival of my deliveries perfectly. For my viewing pleasure, Prime programming offers a lot of recently released movies in additions to prior seasons of TV shows that I have missed but would like to catch up on. Although the membership increases over time like everything in life, I truly belief that the benefits increase as well as they are consistently making improvements.

2 day delivery is great! Free Returns is better!
But I do NOT trust Amazon Reviews, and if you're their customer, you know what I'm talking about. I have had some companies when shipping out their product, they offer incentive ($10 amazon gift card or something similar) to write a great review of the product on Amazon. And boy oh boy, are people making that happen. Amazon is trying to combat this problem but I don't know how it can completely eradicate it.
Prime Video is great! They have some good shows/movies but their UI is terrible.
I find it difficult to go forward or rewind through portions of the video I'm watching so I am not using Amazon Prime Video THAT often.

I think that the value for the Amazon prime membership is fantastic because people know it best for the free shipping on Amazon, which we use extensively, But it also includes Amazon prime TV streaming service and free ebooks! We add on the Amazon music and love that as well, but overall we average out the annual fee monthly and budget that way and find it to be extremely reasonable!!

I absolutely love amazon prime. You really get your bang for your buck. At first I was against it, because I thought it was silly to pay for a service I might not use but once or twice a year, but it turns out, I shop online way more than I had thought, and especially after Covid. Not only do you get free 2 day shipping on prime orders, Amazon really sweetens the deal by throwing in prime videos (currently my favorite streaming app), prime reading, prime music, and participation in prime day.

Amazon Prime members (like myself) allows me to receive discounts on my Audiobooks as well. I get a discount for Prime just by being a college student, which helps me a lot with delivery on textbooks and just receiving my Amazon deliveries a lot earlier than others.
The Amazon Prime movie selection is elite as well. I think they are the only platform that shows the movie, Knives Out, which is one of my favorites.

I also love watching prime videos and frequently watch movies and TV shows that are included with the subscriptions. Amazon prime is reliable with delivery speeds and a nice selection of prime items.

Customer service is so amazing. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They are so understanding and nice to speak with. They are patient and so helpful. The return policy is so great. With prime you don't have to pay return shipping and you can have UPS come pick it up at your door. There is access to prime moves/TV. I finally got to watch House M.D. which I was so happy about.

I absolutely love amazon prime video!! Their customer service is prompt and attentive and they have such a broad selection of movies that you can really find almost anything that you are looking for. I love how you can choose to buy or rent the movie in different formats. I can watch on my smart tv or my phone and they have so many great shows and movies that come free with the amazon prime membership as well! They do a great job with rotating things in and out based on popularity for the selection that comes free with the membership.
