I like that almost all shows are available, if not free then to buy or rent. I do not like that if I want to watch a show that's in a "channel" I have to purchase a month of the channel. I'd like an option to buy or rent shows thare normally available as channels.

The service has some decent original content that appeals to me, but I don't use it too often, because I burn through the shows I like very quickly and then nothing for long stretches appeals to my tastes.

Amazon prime video has an eclectic selection of original new and older tv shows and films, some of which are must see. Though the app design is improving I find the mixing of prime and purchase items annoying.

I love the original movies and TV shows. It is always easy to find my favorite shows. I love that I can add premium channels like HBO and Showtime whenever I want.

I love the shows that I wouldn't have had access to with regular TV and that I can binge on all of them. They could improve by not mixing in pay sections with free sections though.

It is nice to have the option of more streaming movies/shows, but compared to other streaming programs Amazon Prime isn't my favorite. It's not as easy to get to currently watched programs. The included selection is just okay. I wish there were more TV Shows and Movies. I already pay for Amazon, I don't want to pay extra for more movies/shows.

The streaming compatibility is not very good. Specially you always need the silver light plugin, which is always a pain. The problem is, the compatibility is not always there.

I have been a customer of Prime for a few years. All I used it for was the two day shipping at no additional cost. I have been noticing more and more items that are not covered by Prime, lately I have noticed even if it's a item with Prime the shipping and delivery is taking longer.. My last order was the last straw I, on Tuesday AM I ordered an item that was in stock and covered by Prime. I wanted it for this weekend. The item did not ship until today (Thursday) and it will be delivered on Monday. I would have been okay if it just came on Friday. It's just not as good of value as it was for me.

I've been billed but still no access x2 months. Says incorrect password, I change password get confirmation of change in Amazon email. Try password, doesn't work. Finally time to call and get it squared out, only to find out there is NO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SERVICE AVAILABLE. I have to wait 24 hrs & watch for an email. SERIOUSLY AMAZON!!! Your are one of the largest companies in the world, I can order an item from a foreign country and have it delivered to my boat... But if I want access to my account, I WAIT FOR AN EMAIL?!?! And what if no one emails me tomorrow?? Ohhh, then I call in to what equals out to be a horribly time consuming answering service who "sends in a request to an account specialist"... Apparently the special of the special as NO CONTACT OTHER THAN EMAIL is allowed... THE 90' s called, they want their excuse for what you call customer service back. COME ON AMAZON... Every other company I use has the capability of problem solving an account issue (in house, should be simple)... And yet some how... AMAZON IS NOT. How does such bad service slip by so many. I know see why did not previously sign up. Let's see how many months you drag on billing me with no contact before you let me cancel the membership. Oh yeah, u have to wait for your "account specialist" to decide to contact me for that too. I can't imagine the billions of dollars being skinned from people with these hirrible practices. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!!

Most Amazon Prime movies and tv shows that I want to watch cost extra and are not included with my prime membership. So I usually stream my tv elsewhere. I will never pay $2.99 to watch a 30 minute episode of tv. I wish more would be included with my prime membership.

While Amazon Prime is not my go to for streaming, it does have a decent selection. They have some great movies that I really enjoy, and if you don't mind renting, they have a massive selection. It is not the best, but it is definitely worth having.

Prime Video has a good amount of TV shows and movies, but there interface is pretty bad. It's surprising how Amazon, a multi billion dollar company, can't design an easy to use UI. It is nice that if you have Amazon Prime, you automatically get Prime Video. So, for that bundle, it's hard to resist getting Prime.

I love that this comes with you amazon prime membership. Totally worth the cost! Sometimes I feel like the movie selection included with prime is random and not as great as other streaming platforms, but you definitely get your money’s worth and you can find most movies on there to at least rent.

I actually prefer Amazon Prime Video over Netflix now. They have a much greater selection of movies than Netflix. If they don't have the movie I'm looking for on prime, they always have it available for purchase at a reasonable price.

The one thing I don’t love about my Prime streaming is purchasing shows that aren’t available in prime. First, I feel like they should have more options available with my streaming, secondly when I do have to pay for more it’s not a quick add button. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to make it available to stream. Very annoying!

As an Amazon Prime member I use the their streaming service once or twice a week. They have a reasonable variety of shows. I really like the original shows The Boys and The Grand Tour. Both are very entertaining, I just wished they had more lie that. It is nice that is part of the Prime member package as I do not know if I would buy it if it was not. Good and convenient but needs more content

The selection isn't quite as big as Netflix, but they do have some stations that Netflix doesn't have. I also like that I can subscribe to specific channels at a discount price and have access to all the shows on that channel.

It’s nice to open up the amazon videos because it’s a different Selection than we have just sitting around at home. My kids love to do a movie night and then pick one they have never seen before. I feel like the selection isn’t always the greatest but it’s something different.

I don't know that I would subscribe to Amazon's TV services if it didn't come with prime. Although I do find myself watching it a couple of times a month, but mostly the movies that I want to watch are pay to watch. Thank you Amazon for providing prime TV in your Amazon Prime subscription. But they have a ways to go to beat Netflix IMO.

I like Amazon Prime alright. It's helpful that I can access the other movies I own digitally through the platform. I like some of the movies and shows they let you stream at no additional cost through it. I do wish the platform was a little cleaner, easier to navigate (e.g. the seasons could be more connected instead of having to search them out separately), and like with Amazon, make it easier for me to browse all the titles or change up the order so I can see the options I hardly ever get a chance to!

Amazon prime has a decent selection of movies. I like that they have the readings on the preview of the movie so you can see what other people thought before you watch the movie. Their selection isn’t quite as big as Netflix though.

Prime is wonderful, and you can buy movies on prime that are new releases from theatres, no waiting for them to be uploaded, and with amazon prime you can stay updated on tons of tv shows.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using amazon prime. There is a show I searched far and wide for and finally found on Amazon prime. Could use a little bit of a wider selection with prime, but any film that can’t be watched for free can be easily rented.

We've been Prime memebers for years, but only recently tried out their tv. Once we figured out how to connect our account to our tv, it worked well. I didn't really like how they had the search features on it and didn't find as much I was interested in watching (perhaps because of how the search is set up).

I am new to Prime Video this year. My favorite series is Jack Ryan. I am looking forward to a new season soon. I would like to see a larger selection of TV series and movies; however; overall, I think Prime Video is a great value, since it is included in my Prime Membership.

We have liked having Amazon Prime along with Netflix. If we can't find something on one service, we can often find it on the other. We loved watching Downton Abbey and Amazon Prime was the only place to get it. The picture wasn't as clear for that series for some reason, but we enjoyed it anyway. We would recommend Prime.
