I only was a member for 1 month. During that month tho, I really enjoyed it. I watched multiple movies & a few tv series. I had to cancel my membership because I’m working less hours now & cant afford to spend any extra money. I was late cancelling, about 10 days into the next month. Anyways, I just read my emails & the one from Amazon was letting me know that they gave me a full refund. I wasn’t expecting that & they definitely didn’t have to do it. This whole process was smooth & easy. As soon as I can I’ll become a member again. Thanks Amazon!

I've only used Amazon Prime for purchasing things. For the most part it is great. I order enough to make the fee worth it even though it is a large fee to pay all at once; there should be a monthly option. The free 2 day shipping is awesome when it actually comes in 2 days. My latest purchase was ordered on a Wednesday and I didn't receive it until Monday. Even though that was the specified delivery time, I didn't know that until after completing my order and when I checked the tracking info it took 2 days to ship. I know it sounds like I am nitpicking but when you pay 100 bucks for this feature, you expect it to work every time. Other than that I do truly enjoy the service.

We recently moved ( 5 months ago) and decide to not get your traditional TV/Cable service. Amazon Prime has provide a very good service and selection of entertainment for us. There is a very good selection of older TV shows available, movies (both current and older) that we have enjoyed over the past few months. Performance and delivery has been better than originally expected. No complaints.

I love Amazon Prime! For the price, I get hundreds of movies and tv shows, music streaming and my favorite, 2-day shipping. The amount of money I save on free 2-day shipping more than exceeds the price per year. So for me, the streaming of movies and music is just an added bonus. I absolutely love amazon prime, it has saved me so many times when it has come to getting textbooks for my college classes. Before I had prime I would have to spend more money at a bookstore because it wouldn't be shipped to me in time, but that is no longer an issue. I love that they also give a very nice student discount. There has only been one time where something wasn't delivered to me on time and Amazon customer service did a fantastic job of helping me track down what happened and we found out that it was the postal service that had messed up which means Amazon did their job perfectly and went out of their way to help me for something that wasn't their mistake.

We primarily have Amazon prime for the free prime shipping, but enjoy access to the Amazon Prime movies and television streaming that comes with that service. In addition to Amazon originals, we have found movies and television series on Amazon Prime that are not available on NetFlix (which we also use). One of the things we like about Amazon Prime is the ability to rent (or purchase) "must-see" content if it's not available on Amazon Prime or other streaming outlet for free. We like to use the Amazon "no hurry" shipping that often results in credits to our Amazon digital account, which we then can apply to purchasing or renting content that is not freely available.

Although we have had Amazon Prime for years, I’ve just recently started to use the Amazon Prime video 3 months ago. I have loved it! I wish I would have been using it long before now. One of our favorite things to use it for is kid yoga. My 3 year old loves it and even my 1 year old will attempt it. It’s been a great way to occupy them when I need 15 minutes to get something done. I have used it for myself for work outs only a few times but want to start using it even more for that. It is easy to find what you want and easy to browse if you don’t know what you want to watch. I would recommend it!

Amazon has come a long way since it's beginnings in 1998. From a online bookstore, to a robust streaming service. I find the TV shows that are available for streaming are more modern and superior to Netflix. I'm actually watching an episode of Mr. Robot as I write this review. For the Car fanatics, they have "The Grand Tour" which picks up where the BBC dropped the ball with "Top Gear" Of all the shows listed this one was my personal favorite. I've developed a problem, where I cannot stop watching what they offer. Very much worth the money if you already have a Prime membership than utilize this for entertainment. Probably the reason I canceled by TV service. :)

I have been an Amazon Prime member for over 10 years. I like it because they have a wonderful selection of movies and TV series. I canceled my direct TV membership because it was so expensive and amazon prime was not. With Amazon Prime I do not have to worry about antennas oe dishes like Direct tv(satellite)

To be honest, number 1 go-to for watching shows and movies. I really like how A Prime video has expanded and has channels that you can watch movies free with ads. It helps that it is not just pay or not pay movies managed by Prime. I also like how you can order other channels- like Discovery Plus- on a monthly basis.

I really like Amazon Prime, when you think there is nothing to watch Prime show's that there is. I would recommend Prime to everyone. There are some really great shows and some good movies as well. I do have to say some movies are kinda like what we're they thinking when they made this, but can be very funny at the same time. All in all I enjoy Prime

Amazon video has a large variety of movies and shows to choose from. We really do not like to rent or buy videos, but there have been times when we have. Our church was doing a Bible Study on The Chosen a few years back and I had to buy Season 1 in order to view it. I wasn’t happy about that. I do love that I get free shipping on all my purchases with Amazon.

Amazon Prime's Streaming Services provide a wide variety of shows and movies at your fingertips for all to enjoy. My only drawback to Amazon's streaming service is a majority of the shows and movies that I'd like to watch aren't included with the subscription, so I have to pay to watch them. Still, Amazon is trusted, reliable and super convenient.

I've had it for almost 2 years. I love the free shipping & I do get a 2.00 discount. When I stream I'm finding I don't use prime video hardly at all. They charge for most of the movies I want to watch even if there really old movies. So I go towards a couple of free ones & a couple I pay for. Then they said they would throw in Amazon music. Well I pay for mine plus I pay 4.99 for alexia to play it. I am getting the unlimited one so I have no idea why I'm paying 4.99. So basically I have it for the music & the free shipping,plus I can use the firestick & alexia. So it's half of a win. They shouldn't make us pay for old movies from 2010 & back because that gets expensive.

We have been shopping on Amazon for years. We pay for the prime membership which is great for most items are free shipping and free returns. But when it comes to online streaming movies they fall short. We have to rent or buy many of the movies. Some of the movies are not even new. When they do get a newer movie you have to pay or rent it. I feel since we are paying for Amazon Prime we shouldn’t have to pay again to watch any of their movies. At least with Netflix you pay a flat fee and you don’t have to pay again to watch a movie. Overall I Love Amazon Prime, just wish that ALL of their were free.

Amazon Prime offers plenty of shows and movies, but I don't always find ones I'd like to watch.... OR, the ones I'd like to watch aren't included with Prime, so I'd have to pay more to watch them. It's easy enough to navigate and search. It's also easy to create a personalized watch list. I like that I can search for movies or shows on my computer and save them to my watch list, then go to my tv and easily find them to watch later. As a perk for being a Prime member, it's a nice service. I just wish there were better movies.

No, honestly, their shows are great and the streaming quality is much more consistent than Netflix even though they offer less free shows (all shows on Netflix are covered by your subscription fee but Amazon charges you an annual fee plus sells premium shows).

Real good selection, good rental prices, often with special trials of other services and very easy to deal with as long s you do NOT use their useless voice Firestick which was wireless and didn't work worth a crap and that thing NEVER understood what I said. Good customer service, you can call them and talk to a REAL human! the bad is sometimes shows would end without warning.

I like the quick free shipping, but the video part of Amazon Prime is not of the same quality. I have had it for a number of years, but have seen that they are charging more to see videos than in the past. There were more free selections. The surprising thing is that sometimes really old videos have a charge to view them. I am not referring to Disney movies, but other general selections that may have been free in the past. The other issue is that at high viewing times, some videos keep freezing and have to be reset. On the other hand, there are many free options to take advantage of.
