Overall, I would recommend Amazon prime tv streaming services. With this streaming service it’s the only way I have found to watch the NFL Thursday night games! The streaming for those Thursday games has been flawless!!

Most of their good content you have to pay to either rent or buy. It's free with your Prime membership and that's the only good thing about this service. Their customer service is mediocre at best. I don't recommend paying for this service.

I tried Amazon for a day. It was okay enough for me to try and sign up for a monthly payment. The response from Amazon Prime was I must pay for a year of service at that time. I explained that I can't afford that I need a Especially since the price of everything has skyrocket since COVID. They stated yearly only because monthly is discontinued. Then treated me like I was stupid because the yearly rate is cheaper. I tried explaining that I am on a fixed income and can't buy tv for a year in advance using bill money for next month. They still treated me like I was stupid because I don't seem to realize it is cheaper per month overall. They obviously don't care about people in this economy just trying to get by each month.

Ive had Prime but cancelled it. It didnt have enough good content for me. The lord of the Rings: Rings of Power was the main thing for me. Other than that, not very entertaining. The music category wasnt anything better than any other service.

I ended up giving Amazon Prime 2 stars because it's about my 5th or 6th option when it comes to looking for something to watch. I find it chaotic to use and hard to find something interesting to watch. The biggest problem I have is that there is no ability to mark a movie as having been watched or the option to remove movies that have been watched from your search. About 90% of the time I end up logging out of Amazon Prime due to frustration with not finding anything to watch.

The free shipping is great. The extras are great. What is not great is paying for the membership and then also having to rent some of the movies and shows. The company doesn't need the extra money. I canceled my membership once, and then some time later, wanted to check for availability of an upcoming show to decide if I wanted to restart my membership. The act of opening the app on my TV restarted my membership. I did not appreciate that.

why do we have to pay extra sometimes? we already pay for prime. always customer service issues with amazon in general so when the streaming wasn't working correctly and needed a technical fix it took days/hours to get someone on line to fix it

I signed up for a FREE Trial of Amazon Prime Video. I found lots of options--but most required an extra fee (ex: $3.99 to watch a movie of my choice w/in 24 hrs.). Movies are my thing so, for me, it didn't add up. Why subcribe and then have to pay extra fees? Not my cup of tea.

They charged me for a video sweetcorn I never bought and placed it on a credit card without my knowledge or consent. TWICE! After notifying and spending almost 30 mins trying to get through by phone, I finally got agents to refund the money.

After watching Amazon Prime Video for about an hour we get the following error - internet browser will be closed due to internal error. Netflix and other apps do not give us this error. I have call Amazon Customer Service three times over the last 3 weeks. They tell us they will call back which they never do. Amazon customer service also created a ticket for the tech dept. and they never called us back either. Today I called again and I was told the ticket was closed out and the problem fixed. That is not the case. Amazon Prime Video customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Amazon Prime used to be good. lately been having delayed shipping, packages showing up at 9:45 pm. should have got a package Friday by 6:00 pm, didn't show till Saturday at 8:30. had one tracking showed Saturday. shows Delayed till Monday, Monday waited all day with front door open. No mail Delivery today. tracking says delivery attempted. BS been here all day.

Amazon was very dishonest. I have never wanted to join as a trial member, because I do not use Amazon very often and did not trust that it would be easy to cancel the full membership once the trial period was over. During a recent order I was placing, I was unwittingly enrolled in the trial membership. In fact, I couldn't even tell I was enrolled, because their system kept telling me I was not a member when I made attempts to cancel the trial membership. They did not return calls or emals when I made inquiries. About it. Then I started getting emails that my trial membership was on hold because my credit card information needed updating. All of a sudden they were interested in contacting me, but only to update my credit card information, presumably so they could eventually start charging me for prime membership I never wanted in the first place. What a dushonest practice. Stay away from Amazon.

You are charged 100+ a year for a service that is supossed to gaurenntee you 2 day free shipping and free live stream movies. The realitiy is most any movie worth watching they still charge you for it and 75% of what I have ordered this last year Took way longed than the estimated shipping time. When I am in check out it says I will have my items by friday evening, after I purchase it then tells me that I won't get them till Sunday evening. I have had plenty of bad experience on Amazon with ordering and when ever I leave less than desirable feedback, Amazon deletes it! TOTAL SCAM to have selective customer ratings.
