I have only ever had Amazon Prime with free trials. I love it when we decide to use Prime. The delivery time is so convenient. But also the Prime Tv makes life so much better for me. I can instantly watch movies without having to go find them at different stores.

Prime is the best! i love that i can browse and watch just about anything i need. I can rent movies and buy movies for cheap if they're not already available, which makes things so convenient. prime also works with shopping so if i ever need something last minute i can order it and have it delivered within a day or two!

I love amazon prime for the online shopping experience and getting faster shipping. However for a streaming service I find it falls short when compared to Netflix. Mainly due to catalogue and browsing experience. I actually had too look up on other websites what was worth watching on Prime to help me find something I would be interested in. That being said Prime did offer some very enjoyable titles I couldn't find on other streaming services.

I like the options I can find to watch tv or movies on Amazon Prime. I am also just starting to discover some Amazon Prime Originals that are a great bonus! We have also purchased seasons of some of my kids' favorite cartoon shows, and it is so nice to be able to just turn on a 20 minute episode for them when they need a little down time.

I have been a user of Amazon Prime for the past three years. It doesn't have the greatest selection and variety of movies and tv shows, yet the other benefits, free shipping and a vast music library, make it well worth the money. It is very user friendly and the customer service is top quality. I also appreciate free returns.

Watching movies on amazon prime is very great because they have trailers, basic information and for prime members it is free! And even if a movie is not on amazon prime, you can either purchase or rent the movie for a small fee.

Amazon Prime often has videos that we can't find elsewhere, and some of its original programming is very good. I would have Prime even without the video service because I use it so much for shopping, but having streaming video service makes it an even better value. The streaming is fast and reliable. My only complaint is that many videos are only available to rent separately; I wish it were all inclusive like other streaming services (if you pay for the service, you get all the content).

Amazon makes my life so much easier. I can do virtually all my shopping online and have it delivered right to my door within a couple days. Some of the movies and shows that are on amazon prime aren't on netflix or other sites so I like to watch the movies and the app is easy to maneuver

Very happy with selection - esecicially the fact that I can purchase a movie that isn't free for a very low price. My school doesn't allow us to use netflix for educational shows, but most science documentaries I want are on Amazon either for free or for a couple dollars.

I use Amazon Prime under my dad's account. My family has watched many Amazon Prime streaming movies. We usually just start watching once my mom has put on a show. They are usually pretty addicting. I have only run into a few movies that seemed pointless, but we enjoy the movies that are included with prime. There is a wide selection of movies on Amazon, although not all are included with Prime. This is the only upset when I find a TV show or movie I want to watch, but it is not included with prime.

Amazon Prime is a fantastic source of entertainment! There are a lot of TV series and movies that I love on Prime, that I haven't found on any other monthly TV plan. It is also very nice, because you are able to buy or rent any movie you search up. It has been fun renting movies, that you maybe weren't able to see in theaters.

I just started using the amazon video app. It’s so easy to use. I found an amazing parental control feature that looks like it will block unwanted content unless I enter my pin. I need to test it out but it seemed like it would also restrict my other devices, they tv and computer, that are also connected to the same amazon prime account. This is very helpful as I have little children at home!

There are many perks to being an Amazon prime member. The fast, free shipping is very convenient, and you can find almost anything you want on the amazon website. They have excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, they will give you a refund. I only wish the membership cost was lower.

I love Amazon Video. The sheer amount of free movies and TV shows available with Prime membership is just awesome. And if ever you can't find a free Prime video, it is almost always available for very cheap rental. Very worth the money that you will spend on the Prime membership, not to mention all the free shipping on your online orders!

Amazon Prime is great! I love that you can search for a movie and then if it isn't available for instant streaming, you still have the option to rent/buy it. When I just really have that certain movie in that I just gotta watch, I'm not instantly out of luck if it isn't the selection of insta-stream movies .

This service is included with our Amazon Prime membership so its a bonus with no additional cost. Its very similar to Netflix but they are starting to add their own exclusive series and movies. Also, you can purchase or rent newer movies seamlessly. All in all a pretty good service.

Love this product! Their website is very user friendly. They take care of their customers when there is an issue with getting the wrong product or if something is broken. I wish there was a person to talk to when something is wrong, but I usually can work it out.

Ridiculous price for extra fees. Im already paying for a subscription, but certain movies still cost money to watch. I'm talking $30 to rent a movie, that's more than the subscription fee. Not too happy.

Amazon prime video is a great streaming service, but I find that many of the shows/movies I want to watch are not available for prime members for free. I find the hidden fees somewhat inconvenient, and typically look to other streaming services for entertainment.

Amazon Prime stinks. The service for streaming is crazy expensive, and there is no movies that you want to watch. The movies they do have are years old such as 10 or more and they want to purchase them to watch. Had an issue with my business account Amazon did not contract a payment to come out of the correct account, they sent me to a TRS collection agency and the collection agency couldn't process a payment correctly, hence my account was locked for 2 weeks, TRS has their time open in an email that is sent to you, wrong hrs are posted there. My account is still locked and customer support will not speak with me at all.
