My husbands family loves amazon prime. This pretty much all they use to buy and rent movies. They have most movies and it’s super user friendly which is a plus because sometimes I’m not the smartest with that stuff.

Amazon Prime is great for streaming TV shows! It has some really great shows that I can't find anywhere else. However, the movies could use an upgrade. Most of them are a little old and aren't super great in my opinion. But it is definitely still worth the price for the TV shows!

Good place to go when can’t find shows on Netflix. Has most of the new shows that have came out. Not super expensive to rent and you get it for a while. If you are a huge movie watcher and renter this is perfect for you

Definitely worth your money, we stream a lot of videos and tv shows, but we’ve also ordered a lot of things from them. They always deliver on time. Textbook rentals are great as well. Great way to save money on school!

Pretty good selection of shows and movies to watch that are included with Prime. Don't love the prices on the movies and shows that aren't included. I don't love the set up of the shows and movies either and feel like it is difficult to really find things specific to what I'm looking for. It is a great added perk though for being a Prime member. Their original content isn't great either.

I really like Amazon Prime Video. I think it is easy to use and there is a pretty good selection of movies and tv shows. One thing that makes Amazon different from other major streaming services is that you have the option to rent a movie for a few days at a low cost which is convenient.

Amazon Prime's streaming service is pretty good. I tend to go to Netflix or Hulu first, but I still use Amazon Prime because they have some decent original content that can't be found anywhere else. I am not a huge fan of the user interface. I think this is one area that could be more intuitive for users. I use the streaming service because it comes with Amazon Prime, but I don't think I'd pay for it as a stand alone service.

My husband and I will get onto Amazon Prime every once in a while if we are not able to find something we would like to watch on Hulu or Netflix first. They have a few good movies and TV shows, but not as many as the other websites. We do love that it comes free with our membership.

So easy to order movies and there’s a large selection to choose from. More expensive to buy a single movie than Netflix, but I’ve found that Netflix has a very limited amount of movies. Worth it to pay for prime.

Really enjoy the movies just for prime users, all their series are fantastic, the quality is spectacular and so easy to use and access.. !!

Amazon Prime has a decent streaming service offering. We are glad that the service comes with Prime membership because I don't think we would pay for it otherwise. They do have some good original content and a good mix of other existing content. Our primary frustration with Prime video is how hard it is to tell if something is included with Amazon Prime or not, until you have clicked into it to watch it. That part of the experience needs to be redesigned.

I love that Amazon Video comes with my Prime subscription. However, there are series on the program that were included and, without warning, were placed behind a pay wall after years of being included. It would have been nice to have a warning of some sort of the change; especially with these series being placed on a watch list. It is very similar to Amazon Music; songs are included, then locked behind a 9.99 pay wall. IF they get rid of this practice, 5 stars all around.

We have really enjoyed the variety of shows on Prime. We especially like the movie selections. We don’t love the navigation of the menu. It can be hard to find the shows we want and we usually have to go to search to find them. It is also a bit pricey compared to other streaming options we use.

Amazon does an amazing job with categorizing their movies, my siblings and I always have something to watch that we like including t.v. shows. My dad has had trouble with buying the movies, but we always figure it out pretty fast.

We order lots of things through Amazon, so the free shipping of Amazon Prime is worth the membership for us. The free video content is not that great. I think they could add more free content that is current and interesting, and I think the rental prices of videos are too high, We do enjoy Amazon Prime music, though.

Amazon Prime is a great streaming service that has really great speed for streaming. The selection of tv shows and movies you can watch is not the greatest but you can find t.v. shows like psych that you couldn't find on Netflix. Having prime also makes shipping free and I have found my packages arriving sooner.

Amazon Prime is almost a no-brainer. The break-even point for getting your money's worth is pretty low between the benefits of shipping, music, video, etc. Usually just one of those areas will make it worth it. I wish the video had more movies and options. . . it seems like they are lacking a bit in the movie category.

Solid content, but it's ui is garbage. They don't group series together and most my fee is different seasons of the same shows, every other streaming service gets this. On PS4 it's really hard to find something to watch and in chrome it's impossible to locate how to get there. I've learned how, but I'm a programmer and it took me a while, I've given up on thing to tell my parents got to log in

Amazon truly has done something unprecedented. Amazon Prime offers thousands of videos for the purpose of entertainment. One section of Amazon Prime's TV is it's very own content. Amazon Prime TV shows such as the Tick have the potential to put a smile on viewer's faces. Amazon does not let down and I am grateful to have been a paying member.
