There are so many options for movies and shows on amazon! the only thing i don’t like is that you have to pay for a lot of the movies and shows. but other than that it has a very wide variety of options.

Our family uses Amazon Prime often and are always able to find the shows we want to watch. It does seem like the majority of shows have to be purchased. I feel as a Prime member there should be a wider variety of free programming.

Amazon prime offers tv shows and movies I cant find on Hulu and Netflix. Their original movies and shows rival those of other streaming services. And I have always been satisfied with the quality.

Prime has some great original series - Flea Bag, The Boys, etc. They also put out some good new movies. There’s always a variety of movies I can choose from.

I do really like the amazon prime video feature but I also feel like there are lots of shows that are unavailable or have to be rented. "How do I watch?" is a common button and I wish there was a little more available.

Prime is nice because you don't have to pay for it directly, its just an added bonus to having an amazon prime membership. That being said the quality of the content is not as good as other streaming services.

Amazon Prime has some great older TV series for live streaming; the movie selection is a little outdated and could be better but they want you to pay to buy or rent the newer titles which makes sense.

The tv and video options are good. I like how they partnered with IMDB TV so we can watch some of those shows that we missed over the years. I do wish the search and suggestion function was as good a netflix though.

Slightly confusing, even if you have Amazon Prime, you often have to pay additional fees for certain shows and movies. Maybe I was mislead, but I assumed that if you payed for a Prime account you would have free access to all the shows and movies, not just a select few.

Amazon Prime is a good network for variety. I really enjoy The Marvelous Ms. Maisel and Jack Ryan, which are both Amazon original content. Nice that it comes free with Amazon's free shipping service.

Not worth the price. The selection isn’t great for movies, music isn’t great either since most of the best songs aren’t on there. 2-day shipping can be nice, but how often do you absolutely need something in 2 days that you can’t find at a Walmart or other store quicker and for near the same price?

I poorly implemented copy of Netflix. It is included in Prime, otherwise we would not have this. Navigation is not intuitive. It is very difficult to see what content is included for prime members and not included. They make In-app purchases for movies and rentals completely impossible and force you to a desktop, which I have never done and this leaves money on the table for them. It needs a complete overhaul

Not my favorite video streaming service, but it does alright if you can find a movie you like. The app is just okay, but their original series are pretty good. If I didn't have Amazon Prime for the 2 day shipping I probably wouldn't pay for this service on its own.

I enjoy Amazon Prime Video although I view it more as a plus to my Prime Membership as opposed to something I would subscribe to on its own. They have fairly new movies available to watch which is good but I feel they lack when it comes to original content. I enjoy but would not subscribe as a stand alone service.
