We've had a little bit of miscommunication with maintenance on the system. To my knowledge, they installed the best panels. I have already recommended them. They were very professional. Installation was very easy. I was satisfied. They did a great job installing equipment.

As far as the installation process, they came out, did their survey, got their permits, and then they came out and started on it one day and then it took two weeks for them to come back and finish. Once I got my equipment all installed, they really didn't give me a walkthrough on how to check on my solar panels. They just installed it and didn't give me any kind of information on how it was going to work or anything like that.

There were a couple of questions I had that were not handled quickly. They didn't get back to me in a timely manner. But we have not had any other issues with the service. I think I made the right decision in moving forward with them. Installation was fine, it could have gone quicker.

I gave them 4 because the communication when waiting on permits and stuff of that nature is lacking. I would go months with no status update until I reached out. The should reach out email/text/call or something with some kind of status or have a status page so you can check your order

When I came to the house we looked at the roof and then they started putting stuff on probably four months later and once they did that everything was pretty much started so it took on the day before it all out and then they had to come back because something wasn't done right.

They seem to be they seem to offer a better panels and better warranty and a little bit cheaper. They're not very forthcoming with information that I think new solar owners need. You have to realize that there's an issue to come a call and then they tell you. They got it done fairly quickly, I think it took maybe two days. I haven't had any faulty equipment and it functions well.

Communication was sparse to non existent and mostly driven by me throughout the project. I never had confidence that my install was going to order or vision. Everything took at least 2 tries by Trismart to get what was discussed on paper. Design aspects discussed with onsite personnel were not conveyed to project managers and the end result was not the install I envisioned ... but too late as my roof and splash panel had a hole in it. Installers did not make contact with me or my family during installs or the 4 or 5 following inspections, fails and subsequent corrections. The install took nearly 8 months from signing to the system being in production. I have not been able to figure our how to contact the company to get my state tax paperwork completed or re-provided. The thing that saves them from 1 star is that when my install went over-deadline, the company footed my first 3 loan payments, and that I got the system I wanted, eventually, almost. My sales rep was awesome and responsive.

We've had heavy wind storms and little bit of hail and the pannels hold up. Install went pretty good, the guys got there early. It was pretty presentable and professional. Did great job, they didn't leave any trash. Good communication. It was very hard to get a hold of customer service before they took the panels up and stuff.

They answered all my calls, they're always responsive. It was seamless, they called me ahead of time and they came in to do what they had to do mount the solar and checked that everything is okay and they left. They told me exactly what's going to happen and they talked about the app.

We had hiccups when the system first went online and they had to come back out and replace the fuse box because it wouldn't stay on. It was hard to get through to customer service to get all that set up. Installation was great.The solar panels are not keeping up with the use of the home when we were told they would. Otherwise it's been great.

Honestly I'm not very happy with the company, Aaron the salesman came to my house explained everything of the system well and told me my electric bill was going to no more than $5 a month due to the fact of how much solar i was suppose to gain from the panels and funny things is that we're almost never home, second he told my I was going to receive a check from the company because 2 houses near me got the solar with you guys and that check was suppose to be basically covering the payments of the panels for the next 2 years! I've tried contacting him and the people from trismart by telling them about it and no one's seems to answer after they finish installing the panels. Third of all if I could return the panels and not get trismart I would.

The panels have been good, the electrical hardware has been good. I've had one failure in a soft start. It didn't take as long as I've been led to expect, and best I can tell, the installation was done very well. They've been responsive to my my request for information and and to come out and fix things. My day-to-day experience is pretty good, but I've been waiting for my batteries for 14 months so they have not completed the installation yet.

When I have problem they take proper care of me. They put a nail through my roof and I had a lot of problems with the insurance company and everybody else so I'm not happy that it took about eight months before I could get them to come in to replace the back half of the roof, but now it's going okay. Every interaction I had with customer service was positive and quick to be resolved. The hardest part was getting the pedestals built. Other than that it went pretty smooth. There was a bunch of delays. They weren't able to get a cement truck to come in and they had to make all the cement on site. I haven't had any problems with it, it seems to be functioning properly.

Customer service representatives were quick to respond. It was a little hard to get into contact with my sales rep, he has still not responded to my concerns about my paperwork and contract documents. But the rest of the team did a great job for me. I haven't had any issues like with the actual equipment itself. I don't think the warranty was that good. The company isn't great at answering questions. Installation was pretty quick overall, some panels were coming loose but they came back to fix it.

Still paying more in electric bill than I was led to believe it would be " I was signed up through Vivint" No one from TriSmart checked with me on a payment plan or offered me the option to pay upfront" I didn't find out til after that I could have had a cash desk with them if I had been able to work directly with them.. visited by sales reps. When I told them. I would not benefit from the Solar program because now I have to pay 32-38 yr.contract when my bill was always $80-$100 monthly no I have to pay $96 and some odd cents for a few months and then it will go up to 130 something so really I am not benefiting from this . And door to door representative or just like cars salesman once they get to you in the vehicle they do not have anything else to do with you !!!

We had a salesman knock on our door and sold us based on how efficient it is to be solar these days. How we would be spending less money then paying 300$ on our electricity bill. When our panels were installed, 1. Two of our panels were installed incorrectly. And 2. We didn't have a battery installed" . And didn't find out until months later. WHAT IS THE POINT? We've called and requested one to be told, right now is not the time to have one installed for some stupid reason. I'm so disappointed in this company. We are paying for the panels, for the system and still paying electricity. This is the worst company don't listen to their stupid lies. We regret this decision and wish we didn't choose them to supply our solar panels

My experience with TriSMART Solar was not too good. For three days in a row we had to stay in a hotel because they shut off the power. I was not reimbursed for my expenses. Nothing is wrong with the product, it looks good and they installed it quickly. It works pretty well as well and I've had no issues. It was longer process than I thought. It was supposed to be a forty five day turnaround, it ended up being probably a 6 month project for them. I don't know if that had anything to do with covid or with the material.

I purchased the contract last September with the promises of HOA application for solar installation, had the panels installed in 3 weeks. Later my HOA sent me a warning letter stating I did not apply for the installation and it's not in compliance with the HOA requirement and requested me to have them removed, I contacted my sale rep and he said he took care of it. I got few more warning letters later, forwarded the letters to sale rep and customer service and issues still not being resolved. Another issue is I still have to pay my utility bill not as I was told after a month after the panels generate power.
