My experience has been really good. I see prompt response every time I had a question. Installation was done much sooner than I expected. Overall I'm very happy to work with Blue Raven for my home Solar installation. Sales manager Jordan is nice and helpful whenever I wanted info.

There is nothing about Blue Raven that we haven't liked. Customer Service is wonderful and prompt to reply if needed. I have referred several people to you, I just hope they take you up on your wonderful offer! I received my electric bill yesterday, and it was $14!!!!!! WOW!! I'm so glad that we went solar with you!!!

On time and very professional crew. I had 1/2 foot of snow and ice on the roof and they finished before 5pm. Highly recommend. Jonathan F was an excellent foreman and cant forget Alex S, his honesty and transparency made the sale easy for me.

Blue Raven communicated with us throughout the entire process, and it was a seamless journey. The panels were installed quickly, without much interruption at all, and the payment and financing program is efficient and easy. We couldn't be more happy with the process, and the results!

I had a great experience. The salesman was low key and informative. The installers were polite, helpful and on-time. They had great patience dealing with the city building inspector. My monthly electric bill has dropped to less than $10/month. I suggest everyone consider solar.

Chase T sold me on getting the solar panels. He was very professional, always returned my calls, and followed through on everything. He had to deal with my association since this was the first time someone was getting solar, so I feel he went way beyond what he had to do!

Patrick was very helpful. I needed to get a copy of the contract I have with SunPower. Patrick was very polite, emailed what I needed and stayed with me to be sure that it arrived. I have never had any problems with SunPower. They have always been very helpful.

I was excited to install solar, not only to increase my house value but to make it a more GREEN home. The crew that came to install was very professional, personable, polite, respectful, but even better yet...on time!! Within 4 hours, all panels were installed. Thank you!!

I've had a half-baked experience with Blue Raven. My installation went well. The system works. The person i worked with, Sophie?, was educational. But then I referred a friend, during the Pandemic no less, who was told by BR that they could do her solar then they couldn’t and dragged on with this wishy-washy evaluation of her roof for several months - at least 4! They even dropped off solar panels in front of her house, in the street and then never followed through. Their communication was uneven, their commitment to the customer was weak. In t he end, they said they would not pay for updating her joists in the attic(which they had previously stated they would), that it wasn’t worth it to them. Wow! What a response to a potential customer... So no more referrals for them. When they wanted me to write a positive review for them at my 1 year anniversary, they sent me a photo of "A" roof , reminding me of how well they had my back. It wasn't even my roof...just sayin'... Great install team! Arrived on time and made quick accurate work on project. Installed a smart thermostat to add efficiency to our home heating & cooling. Panels look really nice on our roof and should provide a steady supply of electricity for many years to come. I had hoped to apply ceramic coating on the panels before installing, but couldn't per their policy. I hope Blue Raven and other solar companies would offer more options, like extra coating to the panels so maintenance would be made easier and efficiency could be optimized.

I'm really excited about going solar with Blue Raven! The salesperson and the installers were all friendly and professional. When it was determined that I would need a new electrical panel to accommodate the install, my salesman worked to find an electrician to handle it at minimal cost to me, and the panels were installed just 3 days later.

The beginning of the process has been great. My sales rep has explained a lot to me and answered all my questions. He was not pushy for my final decision. Knowing it was a huge investment I took time to make a final decision. Currently I am in the installation stage of the solar panels. Due to the size of the job, it was a 2 day process. The installers kept me aware of their process as well. Upon inspection today, we did learn that the install was not finished. At least one item was missing that I originally was told had been installed. Now an additional install date needs to be set up to finish a job that should already be done. Luckily I work from home but if I had to report to an office, it would be a huge inconvenience to take off another day for something that should have been done already. I patiently waiting to get the install complete and hopefully pass the inspection.

Everything was smooth and easy, start to finish. They stayed in contact, communicating every step of the way. They were all great, the install crew was especially professional and easy to work with. So glad I selected Blue Raven

From the very beginning, Blue Raven has been up front about the whole process, and the benefits. They have stood by their word and their workmanship throughout, and we are extremely excited to get this system running! I'd recommend this program to anyone and everyone.

We lost internet connection with our SunPower System. Ryan S in technical/customer service, was of great assistance and service. He was patience, knowledgeable and skilled. He answered all of my questions and had the right solution to recover our connection. Ryan is a super technician. Thank you Ryan. Sun Power is the best!

I will recommend SunPower most likely to my friends but I have had a mixed experience on the customer service side. When the solar system was originally sold to us, the sales guy seemed decently knowledgeable. However, I did ask him about "Planet of the Humans" documentary released in 2019. This movie makes a case that renewable energy is not nearly as sustainable as it is portrayed. I asked the sales guy about this and he had not seen the movie. This surprised me a bit. I asked for more information on the sustainability of solar panels in general. He said that “no one has asked this before.” I was very surprised by this. He referred us to the main page on SunPower’s website which shows all the awards that SunPower has received. While this is impressive, I could not find a clear definition of specifically what SunPower does to be more sustainable than other companies. He did promise to provide more information but never got back to us with the information. He did follow up about the sale, however. We decided to go forward with buying the system anyway. By the way, we paid almost twice the average cost of a system sized within California or about 182% of normal. I am OK paying this much because I am happy to support a company that will reinvest the profits into improving their solar technology. I have been looking forward to investing in solar energy for my home for a very long time. The installation process was much longer than the longest estimate they provided. We started talking to the sales guy in May and I finished signing the last of my paperwork on June 1 to kick off the process. I was not able to turn on power until September 23. Throughout the process, I did not receive much transparency as to why things were taking so long until I followed up with the individuals supporting my case. There were various reasons including the city permits getting rejected 3 times and taking time to be resubmitted and reviewed. The utility took a very long time to respond as well. Still, I would have appreciated a lot more transparency on how things were going. Also the crew working on the project management for my installation sounded very burned out and disheartened when I was able to get them on the phone. I am not sure, but it sounds like the company is struggling a bit internally and that is coming through on how the employees sound. For example, the program manager was surprised that I cared about the environment at all when talking about the panels. She did not sound sure that they are better for the environment than just sticking with the utility. Being that she worked for a solar company, I am very sorry that she sounds so down. She should have no doubt that what she is doing is making a difference and very important for this world. If she is not feeling that way, her company is not taking good enough care of here and probably not clearly imparting a company mission statement that she can believe in. My system is now installed and seems to be working. Despite the fact that the power and energy graphs on my app seem to improperly log the data periodically and show 0 production customer service is assuring me that everything is working as expected. I have a lot of hope for the solar industry. I hope that things get better for SunPower and its employees. We need more solar power in this world to bring our global CO2 emissions down. There are few pursuits more important today.

The sales and installation teams were professional and pleasant to work with. The original site survey missed a key detail about our rafters that delayed installation for 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing the returns on this investment.

We just had our panels installed today, the 2 young men were very informative and pleasant with everything today, they even cleaned up all of their mess inside from the attic insulation. So far I have been pleased to work with Blue Raven.

The installers arrived around 9 a.m. and worked until about 4 p.m. They were professional yet personable. They cleaned up well and asked if we had any questions about the solar system. They showed us how to install the app to connect to thermostat. We're so excited to lessen our footprint in the environment. Antoinette & Stephen Dickens

I was interested in Solar energy for a long time, and had several offers from other installers but Blue Raven earned my trust. thanks to Mr. Steven G our installation was problem free. Thank you Mr. G and we are happy with the service.

I had been interested in solar for a long time, then one day, Blue Raven conveniently showed up at my door. I feel that I got a great deal, they worked with me through each step of the process, and the install was super quick and easy for me. As my only complaint, there was some lapse in communication for awhile, but it was in the midst of a global pandemic so I'm happy to offer some grace. Overall, I'm very happy with their service!

We are very pleased with our solar panels. Blue Raven were super to work with. The installers were very professional and the panels went in very quickly. There were a couple of hang-ups that I had to be proactive about but they were minor AND Covid had just started to affect everyone. I recommend Blue Raven, getting solar panels was a fantastic decision!

Blue raven has been absolutely fantastic to work with! They did the research prior to installation to assess our needs. Installation was quick and painless and we were up and running in a couple of days! We have been nothing but pleased with the fantastic results!

Getting solar was on my "eventual" list until Blue Raven knocked on my door and laid out their pitch. Simply put, I could take the money I would pay Duke Energy and pay off my loan for my solar panels instead. I would own the panels and as Duke raises their rates, the deal becomes even better. It was a no-brainer and the panels look great.

The process was fairly quick due to the corona virus issue. And the installation was quick also. The only reason I wouldn’t give them a 5 star is because during our communication I would not hear back from them and I had to reach back out to them to get an answer or more details.Their communication with the customer could be better and not leave them on read.

Blue Raven Solar has done everything they said they would do. Communication from the company is excellent. The installation went quite well. We are now waiting for the inspection. It's been a pleasure working with Blue Raven Solar.

Crew worked hard and long days even with a man short. They never complained and were open to any changes we preferred. There are lots of things that could improve our overall experience. Expectations and promises etc. Install just got completed. Now we will need to see how quickly we can use the app and how soon the electrical company comes to install the reverse meter. Really hope the product and experience of solar will be amazing. Hope this helps.

The process was very smooth. Startin gwith th elow pressure sales team right up throught the excellent install team. The installers listened to my concerns and were able to place equipment in an un obtrusive manner. They also left the site as spotleed as when they arrived. Looking forward to getting the system connected and generating power.

I was impressed with the professionalism from start to finish with everyone I dealt with and my rep Rachel has always been very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Everything was spelled out very clearly and the information was very clear and informative and easy to apply with online e-signature documents.

Fantastic job by all parties involved. Don our salesman was excellent at explaining the process and answering questions. Taylor and his crew did an excellent job finishing in a couple hours which included installation of a very sweet thermostat you can control on your phone. This outfit is top notch all the way! From sales through the installation team. I would do this again. The Blue Raven Solar team kept my wife and I informed throughout the whole process. These people know their stuff! Courteous, respectful and professional.

During the first few months a couple panels were not working. I did not notice it because I did not monitor my account daily as I was told they monitored it for me. Well, I estimate I lost over $100 in my account due to this oversight. I contacted them to ask for some compensation but they did nothing as I am suppose to monitor the system. Not happy about that and also due to the fact that the panel would not have been covered if it had broke after a year. But thankfully it was covered. That is not right, s/b covered as it was not an error on my part at all. Also, when they replaced the part, they did not hook it up correctly so I had to wait over another two weeks for them to come back out which meant I again was losing money. Tax write off they said is not what they say either. Be careful and do your homework.

Our experience with the sales rep and with the installers was 5 star. Unfortunately, those in the office doing the processing of paperwork either need more training or they simply need to get their act together. It took several months for them to decide they had enough paperwork from us to actually proceed, when it should have taken weeks. But the panels are finally installed, and we're awaiting final inspection before they turn it on. The crew did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We can't say enough good things about Regional Manager Chris and his efforts to get the job done.

This is the first time we have had solar and Blue Raven Solar made it easy. From the install team that showed up on time, installed the panels, cleaned up as if they were never here, and was all done in freezing conditions. To the staff at main office that answered all of my questions. I have had a great experience and love having solar.
