Intially I picked them because they had been rated #1 and the original rep was able to answer all my questions. However since starting this process with them I have become very dissappointed with the service I have received. The installation of my solar started 10/3/17 and it still has not been completed and I'm still waiting .

Bought Out Sungevity 92126

I did NOT chiise them. When I learned they had bought out the failed Sungevity and were leaving those customers high & dry (the internet is peppered with their loud complaints) I decided to best give Solar Spectum a wide pass.

Is it Horizon or SolarSpectrum 92240

I like the logo and the name, so I called for a quote. The girl I spoke to did not even want to talk to me unless I signed a document that was basically a contract. I don't care if it's standard procedure, it isn't one I am comfortable with. The company tried to assume I had agreed to purchasing their product before I had a quote.

Been waiting since May 2017. All paper work and agreements had been signed but here it is August 2017 and I still don't have any solar panels installed or a installation date. Did Sungevity filling for bankruptcy have anything to do with this?

Not satisfied. They promise me they would produce 65 % of my electric bill. Its been 35% instead. I do not get enough sun because of neighboring trees and I live in Hemet,Ca. the hot spot of Riverside county. They refuse to do anything about it.

I had a contract with them and they canceled on me, telling me my roof wasn't strong enough. Another company locally provided my solar and said my roof was fine. I think they canceled me because for some reason it wasn't good enough business for them. It was a small job.

four months to get solar panels on roof. Installed improperly, still not connected to SCE. roof leaked within 6 weeks causing damage to inside ceiling. Put a patch repair on roof and no response since then. I think they are scammers! BEWARE Starting legal action.

Panels were installed approx. on 05/2016 and our weather for the summer reached up to 110 degrees. So far for the last 7 months we havent seen any help/reduction on the bill as it was promise. Wish I would never have installed them....think twice before installing them as saving money is not a real thing...well at least on our case.

The company didn't even want to pursue an installation on my 10 acre property ! Claimed my large flat roof wouldn't work but I suspect that my desire to derive some economic benefit by selling back to the grid didn't fit their model. Also stated that they don't do installations on the ground

I was told my garage didn't meet their specks for weight so I spent $3500 reinforcing it and told it was not enough. You are dealing with a co. that is in san francisco. They did refund my down payment.

After troubleshooting with SolarEdge we have found that it is producing as designed however there is a known issue with the monitoring function of your system.
