Will not answer calls or questions after installation will lie to you I was told they would have installed in 45 days and after that they would take care of electricity bill 45 days passed and 2 more months before final installation left wires hanging very unsafe

I found the sales person to be super high pressure. I told him I had work to do and he called 3 or 4 times a day. He was unaware of rebates I was entitled to. I really didn't like the "sign this before you read it attitude." And I took a hit on my credit rating for the hard hit. A VERY disappointing experience

my experience with sungevity has been horrible very poor customer service there is always no one to answer the phone and when one writes an email no response its been a year since my system is showing no production but no one from the company is able to help to fix the problem

Initially everything was great but as soon as something went wrong Sungevity/solar spectrum is no where to be found! Had two micro-inverters go out. Called Sungevity/solar spectrum and couldn’t anybody to answer the phone. Left message after message and no return call. Sent email after email.. no response. Avoid them at all costs!!

Would do zero stars if I could. They couldn’t care less about existing customers. I had problems reading my solar production and they ignore my phone calls and emails. I have not been able to get my state credit for a year now.

They installed our panels, went bankrupt and told their customers no monitoring or warranty. Now they are back in business and say it's a merger with another company and they don't have anything with past customer based services. This happened within the past 2 years. Check it out.

The call with the consultant went really bad. The fact were not taken into account and empathy for the customer was none. Asking and arguing about certain choices by Sungevity on our project were dismissed and afterwards we got an email that we was not the right client for them...

I asked about a high-volume csutom application for a client Sungevity gave my email lip-service but basically was completely unresponsive; the factory repeatedly referred me to a random-dealer-of-my-choice and THEY were completely unresponsive and dismissive. I gave my client a recommendation that entirely bypassed Sungevity.

I'm sorry to give such a poor rating, but after reading 5 reviews written by customers of your, dated March 2018....customer service is non-existent post installation. Your sales team is aggressive and that's good. The sales portion may be stellar, but after installation you abandon your customers.

If a phone call is going to take 45 min the salesman should warn you at the start. When I say at the start that I am looking into different companies the salesman should tell me at the end when I wont signup right then that I am not ready to go solar

Salesman called and told me about lease programs. I said I wasnot interested in leasing. He can you hold for a minute, I said sure. I waited for five minutes and he never came back on the phone. So I hung up. I assume he does not make as much comission on a purchase rather than a lease. Don't call me back!!!

Well to make things clear. We signed agreements in Sept 2017. My solar is still not active as 2/22/18! They were very responsive prior to installation. Panels went up in Oct 2017. Company doesn't appear to know the regulations to pass an inspection. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because when they gave me a price and I did the math, it came out with 14,000 on overpayment. When I questioned the rep, he quickly changed the subject and said it was for the warranty, which was already included in the proposal price. When I pointed this out, he said just forget about that proposal and focus on a different plan.
