Hard to contact after the fact. Wanted to add a battery and noo ne ever called back. Rep in Costco was rude and said you only sold batteries with complete syatems.

Master Mechanic.

Roof leak that sunrun refuses to take responsibility for, the home was 5 years old when installed and leak free, after installation I had a leak caused by it. Also the monthly bill is ever increasing with no explanation.

Their customer service is awful. I went online o October 11. I continued to get bills from my original electric company for 5 months. I could not get anyone to listen to me. Finally I got a call fromOncor and they walked me through what needed to be done. I think it is finally working right.
