The installation process was great in terms of measuring, then putting them up, and then the other guy going to get the electrical part ready. We were told that they would contact us after installation to help understand the app and things, but they haven't yet.

We had some delays and it was hard to get people to call me back at some point. I liked the fact that we needed to redo our roof as well and we were able to do that at the same time and they kind of helped with the whole process. We really liked how he sat down and kind of went over all the costs with us and the benefits overall long term.

I love my Solar Panels. I began the process September 2021 and we all were in the Covid era so it took 4 months to finish until the 17 panels were installed & my electric company could inspect & turn the power in Jan 2022. My bill is about 60% to 30% less when I didn’t have the panels. It depends on the amount of cloudy/rainy days, naturally. but us amazing!

I first learned about PURE Solar Panels from Josh. He was very patient and so helpful and informative. He and Callie lead me through the process and made it so easy. A guy, I don’t remember his name, but he came and took pictures of my roof with a drone, calculating how many panels I would need and where they needed to be placed. So cool. Jose and Gabe were the ones that installed the panels and did a great job. They were both very friendly and explained the process of putting the panels on my roof. Dillon was the one who installed the meter and new breakers in the breaker box. He was very professional and so nice and informative and did a great job. I highly recommend and appreciate this entire team. I’m looking forward to keeping my energy bill low for the next 25 plus years and knowing this company will be there. Thanks so much!! I’m so glad I said yes.

Pure energy is pure trouble! As a cash customer i was treated poorly! I paid my 20% cash down payment in May 2024. It took 3 weeks to get the plans approved. Once we were approved by the city, the team installed the panels and we paid the next 70%, so now we are 90% paid and not a KW generated. Unfortunately, management didn't listen to the electrician thinking he could hot wire our system which already included 10KW solar and a 22KV Generac. The electrician and myself as a professional engineer, concurred it was too dangerous to "hot wire" this system. This is where we began to lose traction. It took another 2 weeks to get a shut down scheduled. Finally, after a long wait, we had to seek alternative accommodations for a day while the power was off. The next item was inspection. Another week plus to get this scheduled... and guess what Pure "slow chaos" Energy wanted their last 10%. Still not a single KW generated and would be another week and a half to get the system commissioned. It doesn't end there. I insisted i wouldn't make final payment until the system was commissioned and operating. In the meantime, I inspected the system myself as a professional engineer and turned it on shielding the monitoring antenna with aluminum foil. The saga continues! The commissioning appointment occurred the day after departed on vacation, the 23rd of July. After the commissioning, the Pure "conceited" Energy representative Ron, left the system in the off position, steeling 11 days production from my electrical bill. I am still not signed into Solar Edge, the performance monitoring system, because it appears Pure "BS" Energy has not authorized or sponsored our access. Buyer beware. Personally, I wouldn't trust this company to walk my dog! Pure energy

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They walked us through our past two years of energy bills, showed us how buying solar panels would cut our monthly costs to virtually nothing, and assuring us the $176/month solar bill would be all or almost all we would pay. I asked if our energy company would work within these parameters; I was told they absolutely would. It was all a lie. We pay all but about $30-$40 a month less on electricity plus the panel fee. I am currently searching for an attorney to help with this issue.

I disliked the fact that your sales people promise a time line .but the real time line for the completion of the project is way off!!! They are quick to take the money!! But slow in delivering.what was promised . We have waited for several months and know we will not be referring anyone as we don't them to this awful experience in the misleading of your sales people. You may want to take a new method of training your employees with the correct and accurate information to give to any future customers. Cause they are not giving the right time frame for the completion of this .

Once sale is complete. Your left to fend for yourself. Took 3 months before electric company approve apps for solar. Energy companies, Pure recommends to call next. Clearly do not offer solar services, barely getting set up, DO NOT OFFER 1 FOR 1 as they inform during sale. All electric companies I have spoken with said solar policies have changed over the last year and no one offers a match. You pay .10, they may only allow credit of .03. So, you know have a solar bill & regular electric bill. PURE IS BIG RIP OFF! My electric runs between $180-$500. No different than before panels. Plus I have a solar bill

The sales person was great. The installers were great. Customer service has been horrible up to a month ago. I had to have it removed to get a new roof and they charged a fortune. Later the system quit working, the electrician that came out said they installed the wrong inverter. Instead of compensating me the office said the inverter on the plans was correct so it had to be the right one. This month the inverter is not communicating with the app all of a sudden. It is taking forever to get that fixed, but they are at least keeping in touch with me to let me know what is going on.

The promise that they gave me is actually not true because all the problems they told me hasn't been completed. They promised me that I don't have to pay 6 months. If I refer to somebody I can get $500 and those are not being met. And then it took forever. It took 3-4 months for the solar system to be activated.

They were very detailed. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused to give me the name. They tell me they're the supervisor. It took a long time. It took like 3 months, maybe 4 months for everything to be complete. It was horrible, to be honest.

We're do I start? Well I guess I should start with the most important aspects, which would be the pocket book. Before the solar was installed I was paying the electric company over 200.00 dollars a month , sometimes it would be over 300.00 a month. Now I can get a bill from 40.00 to a little over a 100.00 depending on the season.

I liked the idea of the solar panels as alternate supply of energy. Saving approx 80%+ on my electric bill is a definite plus. I do not like the fact that even with the panels We are still subject to outages during the day unless we have a battery or generator backup source. This I do not understand. The panels do not stop producing so why should I have outages during the day.

The system itself is great. Everything is working properly and it usually generates more electricity than we need. Pure Energy updated our electrical outside and did an awesome job. The problem we have at this point is more with the electric company. We are sending back a ton of energy to the grid but still being charged for usage, even though we also have a battery. It costs $20 a month for their meter so at the end of this year we will see how cost effective it would be to enroll in net metering. Our salesman, Eric Oester explained that before we purchased the system, we just did not realize what the impact would be until we actually saw it in action. Sometimes when the battery is charging the system still sends energy back to the grid but the battery charges fairly quickly. Overall, we feel it is a good investment and we have no regrets!!

Pure Energy is the best company I have ever worked with. Installing solar system is a very big project from the time of sale to completed installation. They took care of all of the approvals required from city, HOA (if you have one), financing and installation . The project team had a seamless transition from one section to another. This project was very well planned and executed!

Pure Energy goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had my solar system for almost 4 years and I can’t even imagine paying for electricity. I pay in a year what some people pay in a month with the Texas heat. My bill typically runs about $30-$40 a month. The sales process to installation was one of the easiest things I’ve done. I would recommend Pure Energy to anyone.

I did a bunch of research on a ton of solar companies. Other companies don’t even come close to what PURE offers. Better warranties and panels and especially customer service! Worst company ever

Well where do I start . I financed my loan through pure energy for my windows . It was not suppose to start until install . They started the loan two months early . Then they installed windows scratched up all my window seals then went outside today and they ruined a good amount of my flowers in my flower bed . Literally stepping on them to the ground . Not a lot of sympathy from this company the ceo is no different than the employees who say it’s not my department . I would never use this company again .

We are not told that we still need to rely on the grid. If the grid power goes out our solar is useless to us. I requested a battery and it took months for them to even tell me if they provide them or not.

So far the equipment hasn't given us any issues. We've had hail and a lot of storms and it's still in good condition. Installation was smooth. They notified me that they were here and it was just a smooth process.
