We have been using insight pest solutions for three years now and have always been very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy. Jess has came out the last three to four times to our resident and throughly taken care of our needs and we always have a lot of needs due to the fact that we live right by a forest. Big thank you to Jess!

Very easy to deal with on phone and in person techs who come out are so friendly. I have had Eric twice and he is so nice to talk to explains anything you ask him without making you feel like you are bothering him or should not be wasting his time.

Anthony D was our technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough, and everything I asked for, he went above and beyond. He was there at the house when I got home. He arrived right at the beginning of the service window, so I could be done early and get back to work. He continued to work after I left. Anthony deserves a tip!

Insight tech made short work of the wasp nest. Tiger woods can't swing as good as our guy from insight! He was pretty fast as well. He may of been a track star back in the day, or allergic to wasps. Either way he was fantastic!

Insight has always helped us with insect control and have been very efficient. We highly recommend their service, as they are helpful and friendly. They are very prompt and courteous with service and their products definitely work on a variety of treatments for insects and other pests. It is great knowing I can rely on Insight to perform preventative maintenance on a regular basis or can come back sooner if needed for anything specific.

Super informative guy sprayed my house for pests and gave me insight to problem areas around my house! I am leaving a 5 star review because this company has been super great providing information, but this is only the first hour since they have sprayed, so fingers crossed that some of these pests go away!

A rodent problem was attended to in a rapid and successful manner. The Technician , (Coen) that has also provided us with Quarterly service, with his expertise, solved our rodent problem, is a qualified professional and an asset to the Insight company.

Jess provided us with the most through application yet, he was very customer orientated, answered all my questions and spoke highly of his employer( rare today). If given a choice I would prefer him to perform all our future applications.

Levi was my technician today. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the treatment process he was doing today. He was careful about my dog and advised me to not let her outside for at least an hour and a half, (due to the rain) so the product would dry sufficiently. Thank you Levi. James (technician and trainer) and Dillon were great! They were very courteous and professional. They did everything we asked of them including the spraying of the garage and basement. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

Company sends someone out if there are ever any concerns. Contracted men are great and knowledgeable. My first time having insight pest solution clover, I walked around with the man and he walked me through a lot of things and answered lots of questions. This time around (3/29/21 service), the man was kind, respectful, and answers concerns I had.

If you are having a bug issue, call Insight for sure. We are dealing with a large ant infestation at our home and Insight is taking great care of us. We were with a different company before and they didn't care even a fraction of how much this company cares. If you have a chance i hope that Terry is your technician.

We have been pleased with the service, and the way the tech's have all been very pleasant and knowledgeable. We haven't had a problem with most bugs, and any that made it in were found dead on the floor. The only thing I have found is a wasp nest in the railing of front porch. Thanks for the great service.

IKE was the best! He is very thorough. He completed the applications with no short cuts. I would like to request IKE be our servicer for Pest Solutions. We may extend another year depending on his availability to service out home. We would also like to be home before any future services from this pest control.

Todays service was top notch. I was super rushed for time, he knew it, Joey's first svc call of the day, we 30 min or less and we were parting ways. We hit inside and out and he was dodging clutter the entire way. He hit all the troublesome zones. Good job!

They are always prompt & they give me reminders when they will be coming. They are very thorough and notify me of what they did and suggest things we can do to keep pests out. Everyone is very professional and courteous from the people that come to the house to customer service. They do a great job!

My experience has been great, there’s plenty of communication around when they’re coming out, the service is quick and efficient and the tech’s always make sure to check in before/after and will make sure to address any concerns. Tyler performed the treatment today and was excellent!

Was very happy with today’s follow-up treatment for the moles. John also noticed that additional treatments (ants) were needed, and added a couple of termite stations and checked the others. Was able to answer and reflect on any questions or concerns. ALSO, informed me about danger to my dogs (if bait dug up) for the next 36 to 48 hours. GOOD TO KNOW!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: happy customer I was contacted this morning by Insight Pest Solutions management. They acknowledged that my situation was not ideal, sympathized with my feelings on the matter, and offered a more-than-fair compromise. While I still paid a cancellation fee (as I was contractually obligated to do), they offered a SIGNIFICANTLY DISCOUNTED cancellation fee price for me - one that reflected the partial-service that I did receive. The manager was polite, professional, and amiable. And I am happy with this outcome. In light of this follow-up...if I moved back to a location that is serviced by Insight Pest Solutions, I would consider working with them again. Thank you, Insight, for going out of your way to make this right for me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: unhappy customer READ THE FINE PRINT Insight Pest Solutions came to my house to solicit business. Because I had just finished pest control services with another company, the service tech did not provide a full service on his first visit. He only provided "the few extra things" that, he assured me, my old service provider didn't do as part of their service package and only charged me $10 for my first visit. I thought that was nice. Note: only getting charged $10 for my first visit (a partial service treatment) means that I got a $239 discount on initial service. Sounds great, doesn't it? In the next month (and before Insight was scheduled to return for my first full-service visit) I lost my job due to Covid impacts on the economy. I had to sell my house and accept an employment position in another state...a state that Insight does not service, so I was unable to transfer my contract to my new address. When I tried to cancel my contract, I was told that I had to pay "whatever I was discounted on the first visit as a cancellation fee" (which was $239). So, in the end...I ended up paying Insight Pest Solutions a total of $249 for stopping by my house and talking me into signing a contract that I would never receive even one full service on. If I had maintained my contract for the full year, I'd have paid out a total of $366. My cancellation fee was more than half of a full year's worth of service, and I didn't even receive one full service treatment. Also note: since the cancellation fee is "whatever you are discounted on the first service" it means that the cancellation fee is the same in month one as it is in month 10 of your contract.

Excellent service for house ants and everything was just as advertised -- at least here in northern Virginia. Sounds like a different company in some of the other states with terrible ratings. I've had no trouble, only good service, since 2015 in Woodbridge, VA.

Mike H from the Tacoma office came today to do our Fall treatment. He is always so professional, thorough and nice. He is so personable and lets us know if he finds anything that needs our immediate attention. We really like him.

I'm very pleased with their service. Their technicians are efficient and friendly and professional. So far I have dealt with Steve and Kyle. I was a shored that if I needed any insight health services they would also serve as the inside when they come to service the outside of the house. And they followed through with that assurance.

I have used this company for about four years now at two separate homes. I have always been very pleased with their professionalism, their knowledge base of the insects that are living in our area and how to get rid of them safely. They are willing to come back out and re treat if necessary but it usually is not ever needed. Great company.
