Laraine arranged for a special consultation and treatment for an ongoing infestation of pantry moths that persist in being everywhere in the house except for the pantry. They are upstairs, downstairs, in the basement and the garage from June through October for the past few years now. I’m so pleased with the extra attention I’ve received today for my moth problem and at no extra cost with my monthly subscription. I have been a customer of Insight Pest Control for 5-6 years and have been satisfied with their service. They are very professional and have a customer friendly attitude during every treatment. I get an email reminding me of my service appointment with an opportunity to change my date if I want to be present. When the technician shows up he comes to the front door to let me know he is present and ask me if I have any problems/concerns that he needs to be aware of for added treatment. Then the technician will let me know when he has completed my service.

I am so happy with the service and professionalism of Insight Pest Solutions. I was having issues with Carpenter Ants and Costa came to the rescue. He was very courteous and helpful. Not only did he fix the ant problem but he cleared away a wasp nest that I did not even notice! He also cleared away spider webbing that was very high on the house and gave me advice about lighting and ant prevention. Thank you Costa!

I had a visit by Technician "Chris" on Jan. 13, 2022, and was quite impressed: Chris listened patiently and was attentive to all my concerns, both inside the house and outside - it's an older house with partial basement and partial crawl space. I felt he addressed each concern appropriately , and I was happy with his skill in dealing each concern. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

I forgot the nice young guys name that came to my home yesterday and sold me the pest solutions. He is a KEEPER! VERY POLITE, at first I was not interested at all. Never have been with pest control people. He explained your service n product short, sweet, and simple other than dragging out a long b******* conversation like most salesman do. Jess was great and we were very pleased with his visit and information. Our first service a couple of weeks ago was not good. We told the technician that we had roaches. We were never asked about them and no examination was done to determine what kind we had. The problem got significantly worse, hence our need to call again. We were very pleased with how it went yesterday, June23 and only want service in the future from Jess!! Our overall satisfaction remains to be seen

Chris was very helpful on the phone. he explain all the service they offer. the cost, they had a guy out in two days. Neil sprayed all around the house and other places he thought might be a problem. he also de webbed the place. and sprayed for spiders. When done Neil came in and explained all the services that he could do free of charge during the one year contract. It gave me a real piece of mind. He was very professional and well mannered. Very professional and extremely polite and clean cut. Some lines used at the sale were classic training phrases, but I could overlook that due to the fact that he had my attention. The technician was on time and again extremely professional and did an amazing, thorough job. Historically I have had Orkin for 40 years, but being new to the area I hadn’t contracted with them yet. Orkin never spent the amount of time at my property as did Insight Pest Solutions. I am also happy to support a local, family owned business.

The man who came today( I think his name was Steven or Jason.)was great! Very friendly, pointed out the beginning of a wasp nest I hadn't even noticed. After taking care of the outside he came in and checked out for mice, which has been an ongoing problem for us, but insight has been doing great with it getting it better. He took out a mouse for us and even brought in our recyle bin. Wonderful service.

Couldn’t be happier using Insight. Paul And Ike really took the time to explain what treatments they were doing and why. I’ve never had a pest control company treat my pipes inside for spiders. They really treat the outside like I’ve never seen done to keep bugs from even entering. When they noticed the flies in the house they set traps in my dolls and it worked great. Highly recommend their company. Best exterminators I’ve ever used!

We have been using Insite in Massachusetts for about 2 years and I think it’s a good service. A representative showed up while I was outside gardening and normally I dislike being approached by cold “callers” but she was friendly and knowledgeable and her sales presentation was low pressure. I had been thinking of getting a pest management service so I signed up. It was a good deal and were suffering from our annual influx of ants at the time . The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We have seen a great reduction in our wasp and ant problem. We are working on the mice but most of the problem is structural so Insite can only set traps, not carpentry. I recommend the Massachusetts operation, apparently service quality can vary depending on location.

my technician CHRIS J was one of the best that I have had, he took great care to remove mice and reset traps under the house, he also assisted in teaching me tips about the best ways to eliminate interior ants. I have been a prior Terminex client for a few years but could never confirm my appointments so I was out working whenever service calls came, it was infuriating. I oversee a very large Senior Living community with a large commercial building. Our building was overrun by sugar ants, almost over night. We called a few local pest companies, but the only one willing to come to us on such short notice was Insight Pest Solutions. They explained their product and how they would address the problem. They shared how and why their pest product was safe, and really took the time to ensure our residents understood how they would spray and repeal our ant problem. Super happy with them and how professional they are. We now have a contract and haven't had issues since.

Terrible customer service. People came by our house that we rent at and said if we sign up we are able to cancel at any time due to renting. Once we decided to cancel then there was an 100 charge to cancel service (which we were never told about upon signing up). Once I tried to address this with customer service and told them we was not make aware of this, they said sorry nothing we can do, you have to pay it . Not willing to work with customers at all! Just terrible! Would not recommend.

Waste of money. Salesman lied and said I could cancel at any time if the service wasn’t working. I purchased the service to get rid of carpenter bees and after calling the company out twice to tell them it wasn’t working, I was told I’m unable to cancel all together, only for the quarter. Will be cancelling in April as soon as I hit the year mark and do not have a penalty fee and will be spreading the news that the company’s product / service does not work.

I have noticed a decrease in stink bugs this winter, which is a relief as they are usually quite common. Spiders are also less prevalent, which is a positive change. Overall, I am happy with the reduced presence of these pests.
