Technician did a good job. Your office told me his ETA would be 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. He showed up at 1:45pm and left at 2:05pm. We had asked for a phone call before the technician arrival but we never did get a phone call. We stepped out for a moment and came back to see that he already finished and left with a note on our front door. Our security company saw the technician on the cameras and notified us but we knew it was you guys, Aptive. Hopefully next time we would get a phone call. Overall the technician did an ok job.

Responsive to call after quarterly service to come back out and reservice due to concerns. Not extremely happy with the effectiveness of the products used. Still seem to have quite a bug problem, ants, spiders and silverfish. Not happy that they won't spray behind furniture that is placed against a wall. They claim it is because they don't want to damage the furniture, but if the customer wants it, then they should do it.

The sales associate who knocked on my door was professional, and mentioned that Aptive would be servicing a few of our neighbors later in the day. We've been considering hiring a pest control service for a few months, so his timing was good. My only complaint about the sales associate was that he was not wearing a mask when I opened the door, but he put it on upon request. When the technician showed up, he was not wearing a mask at all. I cannot speak to the thoroughness of the application of pesticide...time will tell. However, I am disappointed at the removal of spider webs from the property. I was told that this was part of the service, and though I saw the technician removing a few spiderwebs in random locations, there are still plenty that are visible, on every side of the house. Even the areas where he "removed them", the task was not completed thoroughly.

Also the outside of the house was protected again as much again from letting bugs cp!e into our home, as much as possible . I have suggested before that your communication needs improvement. The notice I got that someone was coming was simply that it would be in the afternoon. At 4 o'clock I was still waiting and had to abandon any plans I had to get something done. When I called, Lucas said I was next on the list and would get a call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. The technician said that was not on his order but he did show up about 30 minutes after I called.

Overall it's ok, even though the last time your technician came, did not treated the places that I've told him needed to be treated, so I was very dissatisfied. I decided to give the company one more try, just in case the fault was of that particular employee. Today, I was very impressed with the detail and dedication of Mr. Stephen S's performance. He was very polite and respectful, as well. The company should reward him, it if wasn't for his productive visit today, they would have lost this customer for sure.

So far I haven't seen the work getting done,but the guy that came to my house was Knowledgeable in sounded like he knew what he was doing it was very anxious to get to the root of my problem It even gave me amazing tips to keep my place more safe. One of the best prices I've seen the service i had was way more and didn't cover the things the thst was invading my home. All three technicians were attentive to my words. Juan clearing some contractual issues. Sheldon with new customer , listening and not rushing service. Explaining treatments. Eric was sent due to ANTS & Silverfish. Showed where I had problems, found nests and entries to house. Sprayed and granulated ants. Had only 7 silverfish bait traps ( need 11 more per Eric). Still see ants in mBA vanity and main BA tub- But i sprayed there entry point!

I would like it if .... say a day or two before the appointment .... you would send me a time "window" when the technician would be here. Then I could plan my day better instead of doing groceries and post office etc after he left .... waited until mid afternoon for him to come. Service was quite acceptable when he arrived.

The service technician was great and did the job good. one of the complaints i have is that the sales person said that the technician come out 4 weeks in a row and the every quarter, would pull out the appliances and inspect and set traps, bait.. she also said he wold check in the attic and that too was not done. I was happy with the technicians service he was polite and efficient. we paid the $250 for this visit because she said we would get those extra weeks and pull out the appliances. If this is not true i would like to only pay the special rate she told us $99 for the first visit. I would like to cancel the contract without a penalty. please call me back
