Horrendous company from customer service, to technicians to the chemicals they use. They charge you to have an account, then charge per service - do one or the other not both. 1st tech arrived 3 hours before appt, in downpours. Called their manager who told the tech to do the job, kill outdoor bugs. When will I notice a change 48 hours. 72 hours later thousands of bugs invaded my property. Next day tech came back to outdoors and indoors. I have 17 rooms, these bugs are now inside my entire 4000 sq foot house. The tech came and did indoors and outside in 18 mins, leaving white chemicals all over my hardwood floors walls, molding. 3 days later more bugs. Made another appt for last night so 3 visits in 10 days. The tech, actual clown that showed up, was supposed to be an expert. I threw him off my property as he kept asking why am I here. Thousands of bugs all over the place do you not know how to do your job? Do you know read the specifics on where these chemicals need to be placed before you arrive at a customers property? They are trained to park in your driveway, I repeatedly told and documented no one is park in my driveway, they blocked the garage door 3 times, I am on a dead end, narrow road where all vendors for the entire street park at the circle, its common sense. These fools have no desire to work safe, no safety glasses or respirators when they are spraying 60 feet up. Foolish owners not demanding their employees to work safe. Do not hire these incompetent, ignorant, arrogant, uneducated people to kill your pests, they are not capable.

2 minutes ago I signed up for 1 year. They came the 1st and sprayed around my house everything was great that day. Over 2 months have gone by and nobody has come to spray again. They charged my card again 20 bucks more than the fist time. So I called and asked why nobody came back out. I was told on the phone that I have to call them to have them come back out. I didn't have to call them to charge me though! They told me the monthly charge is a subscription not for them to spray each month. WHAT is that? A sneaky scam. I told them I wanted to cancel he told me it would be 4 hundred and some dollars. The card I used with them is no longer valid so they won't get any more money out of me. Scammers.

Cancelling an account with this company.....get ready to get asked a ton of questions and why. They will not take, "we have decided to no longer use your services as we are no longer in need of them" as an answer. Offering discounts as well and all I wanted to do was just cancel my account. I have been a long-lasting customer with them and never had an issue until now. I get that they want to do what they can to keep us as customers, I do. However, when I have politely asked multiple times that we are not wanting these services any longer that should be good enough answer for them. Responding back with, "Ma'am you have not given a reason yet for why you are cancelling. Do you no longer have pests? What I can offer you is....." Do not give me more advertising or reason to stay. We just don't need the services anymore. So of course, by the time I have repeated myself for the 7th time, I was irritated. The final straw as to why I will NEVER use Aptive again, the customer service agent said the following before she HUNG UP ON ME! "So, you are calling in today to cancel your account and are not willing to give us a reason why you are canceling with us. We will not activate your account until you reach out to us again. Your account is now cancelled, have a great day." Hang Up!
