I may have to fire the company Aptive though as they have stopped treating the same way they did last year. We'll find out in 30 days if this last treatment is going to do the trick or not.

Technician sent me a text upon arrival. I met him at the door. He told me everything he was going to do and asked if we needed additional treatments. We are having fire ant issues so he used an additional treatment for them. He asked about our inside. I haven't seen anything inside so I declined that service today.

I like the flexibility with scheduling. The customer service is great, they deliver satisfaction. I wish there was a way to get the same technician every visit, but so far there's only been one problem . But nevertheless it's still a 5 star rating.

Service technician was great and accommodating. The scheduling dept, however, needs to do better at making and notating changes to appointments. On multiple occasions I have called to reschedule or request a certain time frame and that info never gets relayed to the service techs. It has happened on multiple occasions and the poor techs are left wasting their time.
