i was approved for the Achieve acceleration loan and turnbull was supposed to represent me in court with a creditor. i made numerous calls and they never contacted me about court. my debt is worse than it was before. i am trying to find out who i can talk to and sue them. it's not right to do people like they are doing. wish i knew then what i know now.

The worst customer service around! There is only one person that listens that I have spoken to in over a year. If I could go back in time I would have negotiated with the credit card companies myself. They charge ridiculous fees, and none of them communicate. The company does everything they can to keep you locked in the program for as long as you agree to be. They do everything possible to not allow you to pay off your debt sooner(probably so they can keep collecting the fees). I would 10/10 NOT recommend to anyone. If you are able to call your debt collectors your self!

To be clear, fees cannot be changed from enrollment. No additional fees can be collected than what is outlined in the Agreement signed during the enrollment process, and the set fee can only be collected per account.

I have been trying to get access to dashboard for two months. I have called so many times it has become very annoying. When I try to call because the message I receive says l can use my account number, I was told that they don’t give out the account number. I’m. STILL trying to access my account!!!

Could never reach a person about questions I have/had. They said I have a personal lawyer with any questions. Texted lawyer and they said to call turnbull. Debt relief was supposed to take 2 to 3 years, but due to lawsuits( that they said wouldn't happen with loan consilidation) Had to do a separate payment for 1 year at double the money I couldn't afford and now still going to be 2 to 3 more years. I recc doing a lot of research before coming to turnbull.

I am still in the beginning of this process. And have used another company in the past. Disappointed that we would let work through lower balances first before moving on to high one or potentially of negotiating lower payments that could be used for all cc companies.

I was in their program for a while . At first all was great . Last month my husband passed I got an email from one of their lawyers asking me to contact . I did and was told I graduated ! She said no more money would be taken out . Next the email , asking me to update address for my graduation packet . What an fn joke ...today they took 500 out of my account , they said I have several months left ....! Because of this , payments will bounce like a ball . I am so angry

Turnbull Law Group has the worst customer service department. When called 5 times, I never got the answer to my questions. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes or more each time and once the agent hung up on me. I would not use this company, they are the worst!!! If I could minus STARS I would, but since I can't I had to give them 1 star. They do not deserve even 1 star. BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Poor Customer service. When legal representation was needed the appointed lawyer never returned questions in emails. Was not available even when a scheduled time was created by the company customer service. I had two court dates and never had papers filed with the court or anyone show up for me. When asked what to say in court, I was told that they were not lawyers and couldn't give legal advice but that a lawyer would contact me, but never did. Paid off one debtor in 14 months, for over 10,000 but paid them over 7, 000 to do it.

Don't sign up with them. I keep getting calls from them about accounts I signed up with them almost two years ago. They only seem interested in bugging me about debts they "find" that are under $500 and not the large debts I enrolled. If I don't see any money going out from my sizeable funding balance within this next month, I'm going to try another service. I've got nothing to lose. I've negotiated two large debts on my own since they don't work with Turnbull. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT> FIND ANOTHER SERVICE.
