Wish I had investigated this company before signing up. All they want is more money. It started out at 250. a month and 4 years. Now it’s 350. a month and just added 4 more years. Don’t get scammed by these people. Service is very poor!

One star is even too good for them. This is the worst debit consolidation group ever. They drop the ball on you cost you more money and take no accountability for it. No one gets back to you and they keep doing the run around game. It’s a shame because there are nice people who work there but wow. HORRIBLE…. Find another group !!! RUN

I have never felt more disrespected by a customer service agent in my life! Seriously considering canceling my account and going it alone. I asked to skip a payment due to Christmas and “Matt” proceeds to ask me why I can’t borrow money from family? Like huh??? I’m 52 yrs old I don’t have family to borrow from! I’m the elder.

This agency is as fraudulent as they come. I was assigned to Turnbull by Freedom Debt Relief. Turnbull has been unresponsive. They’ve been i knowledgeable about my situation. Communication has been horrendous. Don’t put yourself in their hands. You will regret it!
