I am relieved and thrilled with this program. I was dealing with such anxiety and I no longer have those feelings because we are dealing with this together. Yes, my credit rating took a nose dive but it will come back up as we complete the program. I read such negative comments about National Debt Relief but you cannot go into debt and expect a free ride. They work with our creditors, reduce the amount owed, then come up with a payment plan. It a group effort and it really works. I would not have been able to accomplish this on my own.

Being in irresponsible debt, is a burden and with high interest rates, a never ending cycle of fiscal pain. While there are .org companies offering debt relief, I liked what I read about Turnbull. 1. Non-judgemental 2. Confidential 3. Honest and forthcoming 4. Strong communication with clients. There is more, stay tuned. I do like that they work with you, but it’s starting to become more and more like dealing with a creditor. Some agents are understanding and nice about it, but some really drive home that they need more money and sometimes I get a vocabulary lesson, which becomes frustrating. One of my recent calls, I called to see if an agent that called me worked there and was trying to speak with them. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and my question wasn’t answered until the end of the call, and I still didn’t get to speak with them. I ended up calling them directly again and got them. They also started talking really fast and wouldn’t let me get a word in that I had already done what they were calling me asking me to do. They said they’d have someone call about my experience and my deposit….and I have yet to hear from anyone. Just this survey.

A great experience from day one, it is important to read and review everything they send. If necessary, reread all information again. They are experienced and tell you exactly what to expect and how everything is going to layout during the process. Debt to income ratio is the main determining factor when you apply for credit. You will have plenty of time to repair your credit rating once they are finished negotiating. I am very grateful for the job they did saving me thousands of dollars. Turnbull Law Group has taken everything out of my hands. No more stress or worry! They got a list of my creditors and let me know how much to set aside each month to see about lowering what I owe. They contacted my creditors and started negotiations with them. I ignore phone calls, and any mail I get from my creditors, I fax to Turnbull. They have already negotiated a transaction with one of my creditors, and I have accepted that offer! And I have only been with them a couple of months!

Absolutely do not recommend. I signed on with Turnbull to assist with settling debt and the short sign on process should have been a dead giveaway. The customer service reps all have little bits of knowledge regarding the program and will not provide a whole picture. You will be told you can decrease your deposit after cancelling your program with one debt left to settle, only to find out that is not true. Don't think you'll talk with an attorney, that won't be happening! Do not give them money, they are not going to treat you well or just transfer you on the phone when they don't want to handle your issue.
