I like that Turnbull went right to work negotiating a fair settlement…one debt at a time. But I had no idea just how badly my credit score would take a hit. (Very bad) I pray I won’t need to buy a car or need to move?? I won’t qualify for a good rate. I had some idea but I guess I got caught up in the excitement that I was actually going to pay off this debt for good. All in all Im thrilled I chose Turnbull to represent me!!

I do like that they work with you, but it’s starting to become more and more like dealing with a creditor. Some agents are understanding and nice about it, but some really drive home that they need more money and sometimes I get a vocabulary lesson, which becomes frustrating. One of my recent calls, I called to see if an agent that called me worked there and was trying to speak with them. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and my question wasn’t answered until the end of the call, and I still didn’t get to speak with them. I ended up calling them directly again and got them. They also started talking really fast and wouldn’t let me get a word in that I had already done what they were calling me asking me to do. They said they’d have someone call about my experience and my deposit….and I have yet to hear from anyone. Just this survey.

A great experience from day one, it is important to read and review everything they send. If necessary, reread all information again. They are experienced and tell you exactly what to expect and how everything is going to layout during the process. Debt to income ratio is the main determining factor when you apply for credit. You will have plenty of time to repair your credit rating once they are finished negotiating. I am very grateful for the job they did saving me thousands of dollars. They are always professional and very friendly.

Turnbull Law Group has taken everything out of my hands. No more stress or worry! They got a list of my creditors and let me know how much to set aside each month to see about lowering what I owe. They contacted my creditors and started negotiations with them. I ignore phone calls, and any mail I get from my creditors, I fax to Turnbull. They have already negotiated a transaction with one of my creditors, and I have accepted that offer! And I have only been with them a couple of months!

Each time I have spoken with a customer service representative, I have received inconsistent information, which has caused confusion and frustration. Additionally, the legal department and customer service team have not demonstrated a commitment to resolving my concerns. They have been consistent on all the things I was told prior to signing on. It sucks to have to take a credit score loss, but it would have happened eventually and my credit is on it's way back up after 4 months. My debt is being negotiated down by at least 50% and it makes me feel a lot better knowing I'm 1 step closer to clearing my debt and saving on all of the bills and interest rates.
