Non-judgemental 2. Confidential 3. Honest and forthcoming 4. Strong communication with clients. There is more, stay tuned. Debt is terrifying and humiliating, Turnbull alleviates much of that with a confidence of an older brother.

Everything is great they did what they said they would do taking care of everything

Getting started with my Debt Consultation was a easy process. I was informed about how it works, step by step, as in how long it's going to take to be debt free. Very professional intake, there was no rush, answered all my questions that I had. Went over my monthly payment and made sure it would be affordable for me. The lawyer was very patient made sure I understood the process. In how it all works , my debt, monthly payment . I could go on and on. I'm just glad I made this big decision to fix my debt versus bankruptcy. Im able to reach out to them at anytime . Responses are quick. They keep me informed on what they are doing on my debt relief. I'd give them a HIgh 5!!!

To start, I was quite possibly the biggest skeptic of this program when I enrolled with Turnbull. Here is the back story. . . I got myself into a hefty amount of credit card debt to the point I was drowning in it. I reached out to a loan provider whom I had worked with before but unfortunately, I did not qualify for a loan this go-around. The individual I spoke to informed me of my two options - either enter a debt relief program or file for bankruptcy - I chose the debt relief program. Being a resident of Virginia, I was matched with Turnbull Law Group. I was very scared to proceed with Turnbull as the thought of litigation was terrifying. In addition to this, I was very skeptical of this being a program that would actually help. I was under the impression that this was a scam and I'd be paying way more money than what I owed. A few weeks after beginning the program, I tried to get out due to fear of what was to come. The gentleman I spoke with in customer service encouraged me to stick with the program for at least a while longer and that if after a month or so I wasn't happy, I should call back and they'd close the program for me (full refund). Because I was unsure of a backup plan, I decided to heed that gentleman's advice and boy am I glad I did. I've been in the Turnbull program since January of 2023 and I just had my first settlement agreed (June 2023) for 50% of what I owed to the credit card company! Quite honestly, I could not be more happy with Turnbull and the work they are doing on my behalf. This program has taken a tremendous amount of stress off of my shoulders and I'm so thankful for that. Looking forward I still have two more accounts that need to be settled but I know that in due time, the same fortune will come my way. As far as communication with Turnbull, ALL of my interactions have been positive and efficient. The folks in customer service are kind, generous and non-judgmental. They make you feel valued and cared for. One of the keys to guaranteed success in this program (as I've found) is adding additional funds (when possible) to your monthly deposit. I've used the snowball method where I'm throwing as much additional income towards this program as possible. This has really been a big help and helps settlements happen faster. Folks, don't second guess yourself like I did when entering this program. It is well-worth it and you WILL be taken good care of! (Only downfall is that your credit score will take a hit but it's something that can be improved once your settlements are reached - my score jumped 20 points after my first settlement - brighter days are ahead!)

Didn’t add all the loans that’s was suppose to been added. If something happens to where you miss work they will not help with your payment. U still gotta pay it they don’t care

Your fees of 28% is extremely high. After getting a 40 to 50 % discount from my creditors, you turn around and charge me 28%. You're making more money than my creditors and making my situation even worse.

The personnel have been very helpful, explaining the process, and already made progress. Very friendly as well.

I have one settlement confirmation, still have more to go. Anxious to get done with this and get our lives back on a positive track. It is moving somewhat slower than I expected.

The company did what they said they would do by arranging a settlement with one of my creditors. The customer service office is very knowledgeable and gives accurate and concise answers.

Meelashy did more than answer my question. She looked into the history of the situation and made everything more clear than I expected. She was able to put me at ease about a letter I received from a creditor by explaining everything clearly and satisfactorily. At the end of the call I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I enrolled with Turnbull a couple of months ago. Got my first settlement offer last week. The settlement saved me around 40% of the balance. I'm looking forward to continuing to reach these settlements and get rid of my debt.

I do like that they work with you, but it’s starting to become more and more like dealing with a creditor. Some agents are understanding and nice about it, but some really drive home that they need more money and sometimes I get a vocabulary lesson, which becomes frustrating. One of my recent calls, I called to see if an agent that called me worked there and was trying to speak with them. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and my question wasn’t answered until the end of the call, and I still didn’t get to speak with them. I ended up calling them directly again and got them. They also started talking really fast and wouldn’t let me get a word in that I had already done what they were calling me asking me to do. They said they’d have someone call about my experience and my deposit….and I have yet to hear from anyone. Just this survey.

I found Turnbull Law Group online and I did some research before contacting them. They are true to what they say. I was explained in detail on how they were going to help me in settling my debt. We are working together to help me out. I am a single mother and had some debt lingering that was weighing me down. Turnbull shed a light my way and are helping me get through this challenging time.
