Turnbull helped me out a lot on my debt reduction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to reduce debt. they are a great company to work with. They let you know exactly what is going on. very glad to do business with Turnbull.

So far the process goes very well. Turnbull Law Group could negotiate very well 2 out of 3 credit cards balance after less than 9 month. They found a very good settlement (above my expectation). We still need more time before negotiating the third one but I am confident.

I'm not gonna lie I was very skeptical at first but I stepped out on faith and glad I did! So far they have done everything they said they would! They have lowered 4 out of 7 of my debts since I started the program in August of 2023! So excited to get my debt reduced without the headache! Thank you Turnbull 😊

Getting started with my Debt Consultation was a easy process. I was informed about how it works, step by step, as in how long it's going to take to be debt free. Very professional intake, there was no rush, answered all my questions that I had. Went over my monthly payment and made sure it would be affordable for me. The lawyer was very patient made sure I understood the process. In how it all works , my debt, monthly payment . I could go on and on. I'm just glad I made this big decision to fix my debt versus bankruptcy. Im able to reach out to them at anytime . Responses are quick. They keep me informed on what they are doing on my debt relief. I'd give them a HIgh 5!!!

To start, I was quite possibly the biggest skeptic of this program when I enrolled with Turnbull. Here is the back story. . . I got myself into a hefty amount of credit card debt to the point I was drowning in it. I reached out to a loan provider whom I had worked with before but unfortunately, I did not qualify for a loan this go-around. The individual I spoke to informed me of my two options - either enter a debt relief program or file for bankruptcy - I chose the debt relief program. Being a resident of Virginia, I was matched with Turnbull Law Group. I was very scared to proceed with Turnbull as the thought of litigation was terrifying. In addition to this, I was very skeptical of this being a program that would actually help. I was under the impression that this was a scam and I'd be paying way more money than what I owed. A few weeks after beginning the program, I tried to get out due to fear of what was to come. The gentleman I spoke with in customer service encouraged me to stick with the program for at least a while longer and that if after a month or so I wasn't happy, I should call back and they'd close the program for me (full refund). Because I was unsure of a backup plan, I decided to heed that gentleman's advice and boy am I glad I did. I've been in the Turnbull program since January of 2023 and I just had my first settlement agreed (June 2023) for 50% of what I owed to the credit card company! Quite honestly, I could not be more happy with Turnbull and the work they are doing on my behalf. This program has taken a tremendous amount of stress off of my shoulders and I'm so thankful for that. Looking forward I still have two more accounts that need to be settled but I know that in due time, the same fortune will come my way. As far as communication with Turnbull, ALL of my interactions have been positive and efficient. The folks in customer service are kind, generous and non-judgmental. They make you feel valued and cared for. One of the keys to guaranteed success in this program (as I've found) is adding additional funds (when possible) to your monthly deposit. I've used the snowball method where I'm throwing as much additional income towards this program as possible. This has really been a big help and helps settlements happen faster. Folks, don't second guess yourself like I did when entering this program. It is well-worth it and you WILL be taken good care of! (Only downfall is that your credit score will take a hit but it's something that can be improved once your settlements are reached - my score jumped 20 points after my first settlement - brighter days are ahead!)

I truly like that they did what they said they would do and when I had questions they gave truthful answers

Wish I had investigated this company before signing up. All they want is more money. It started out at 250. a month and 4 years. Now it’s 350. a month and just added 4 more years. Don’t get scammed by these people. Service is very poor!

One star is even too good for them. This is the worst debit consolidation group ever. They drop the ball on you cost you more money and take no accountability for it. No one gets back to you and they keep doing the run around game. It’s a shame because there are nice people who work there but wow. HORRIBLE…. Find another group !!! RUN

I just wish the calls would stop from my creditors. I have spoken to them and given the customer service number, but the calls continue!

Pretty early in the process, only a couple months. They have settled two cards for me, and the phone calls from the creditors has stopped. Sabina so far over 7k. I felt like I was drowning, still have troubles but starting to get back on track.

I have been enrolled in the program for approximately four months, and the piece I have now is night and day. Even when collections begin to call and are far less than polite, Turnbull is to reassure me, and to guide me on the right path of getting out of debt without filing bankruptcy.
