They are only interested in getting the 50 percent fee from settled debt. They wont contact credit card companies to stop calls, they wont delay dedicated account payments for a crisis and they dont answer emails. AVOID.

This program has been the total opposite of what was explained to me prior to joining the program. I’ve had a lien on my account due to negligence from the lawyer handling my account; not only is the lawyer rude and disrespectful. I called to complain more than once & I did not receive a call back from anyone. In addition, there will be additional fees from what you negotiated, because they will charge you for additional paperwork. I cannot wait to be finished. I regret 100% joining. If you ask me, I’d say don’t do it!!!! I’ve been under so much stress and anxiety worrying about garnishment (per my lawyer) or another lien in which I had to do my own foot work to have my money released!

Had anouther company doing same but they would not call or get in touch, When tried to calll they never called back. Tuirnbull keeps you informed and always call right back

This was a terrible experience. Several settlements went void because the company was spending more money than what i was depositing every month which is what i thiught they were supposed to help me fix since thats what got me into the problems.; about $500 of every monthly payment was for fees. The company did not help me avoid garnishments. They switched my attorney on me 3 times, only one of which was decent. The other two were absolutely horrible and would even send me wrong information on a consistent basis then later apologizing saying they confused me with another customer. I have the emails to prove the incompetence of the attorneys. Several of the settlements were settled at such a high amount that after adding the settlement l fee i ended up paying more than the original debt was for. Many of my accounts i had to settle outside of the program due to the programs failure and lack of action. After 3 years and more than $90,000 deposited turnbull had yet to pay off any of the accounts even though there were accounts as small as $1000. And when i requested to pay some of the smaller accounts and was willing to deposit the amount needed to do so, the company continuously rejected this and said it was not allowed. Still don't understand why. I could have done everything this program promised, including negotiating settlements, on my own for less money due to not having to pay 27% settlement fees and would have paid off accounts way sooner using snowball method. There’s so much more to add but i believe this says alot already. Would NEVER EVER recommend this type of program to anyone. Do it on your own!

Turnbull had told me it would be a few months before I got a settlement on one of my debts but it seems it went quicker than that and I truly appreciate the work put into helping me out.

I have been very happy with Turnbull. I receive great communication, the website and dashboard are full of important information and at all times I know what the expectations are from me so they may succeed.

Had an account go into garnishment, after putting in paper work after paper work after paper work for over six months. My accounts have also been passed along to three different attorneys, so i have to keep repeating conversations, and most of the time Im not told my account has been moved to another attorney until I have to contact customer support, then it still takes days before Im told who the new person is. I had to pay out the garnishment as well as pay the fee every two weeks. Its been a mess and I still have over two years left in this program.

If any problems had come out with one of my creditors turnbull law group has gone above and beyond to be sure that I am being taken care of in my financial situation.I would highly recommend them!

I like them because they are always communicating with me about my debt, I never have to call and ask about what is being paid because they let me know everything that is going on.
