So far so good. Head my first settlement after four months. It’s very stressful to deal with debt but each time I call they reassure me that things are going well. I’m having trouble with one credit card company harassing me, but hopefully this will be resolved.

Since signing on I have had very little interaction with them other to call to complain that creditors were non stop calling me. I was told that it is a process that takes time to negotiate settlements and since then, I have a better understanding of the process. They have, after 3 months, got me a settlement with one of my creditors saving me over 50% of what I owed the creditor. I could not ask for more or be more pleased thus far.

Welcome to Turnbull Law Group. Timing of settlement agreements are based on two factors: funds building up in the dedicated account through consistent deposits, and creditor cooperation. It does take time, but when the program is completed, you will be so relieved! Don't forget that you can track your progress and your payments through your client dashboard.

This program has been the total opposite of what was explained to me prior to joining the program. I’ve had a lien on my account due to negligence from the lawyer handling my account; not only is the lawyer rude and disrespectful. I called to complain more than once & I did not receive a call back from anyone. In addition, there will be additional fees from what you negotiated, because they will charge you for additional paperwork. I cannot wait to be finished. I regret 100% joining. If you ask me, I’d say don’t do it!!!! I’ve been under so much stress and anxiety worrying about garnishment (per my lawyer) or another lien in which I had to do my own foot work to have my money released!

Had an account go into garnishment, after putting in paper work after paper work after paper work for over six months. My accounts have also been passed along to three different attorneys, so i have to keep repeating conversations, and most of the time Im not told my account has been moved to another attorney until I have to contact customer support, then it still takes days before Im told who the new person is. I had to pay out the garnishment as well as pay the fee every two weeks. Its been a mess and I still have over two years left in this program.
