They have been consistent on all the things I was told prior to signing on. It sucks to have to take a credit score loss, but it would have happened eventually and my credit is on it's way back up after 4 months. My debt is being negotiated down by at least 50% and it makes me feel a lot better knowing I'm 1 step closer to clearing my debt and saving on all of the bills and interest rates.

I have yet to get a debt officially paid off, but one has been made into a settlement with 3 payments coming up. The only thing I would like is better communication or details. Not constantly, but it has been confusing to me for my account to have enough to cover the full owed balance and the lawyer fee and there wasn't a settlement request for weeks afterward. But, they did save me a good amount on what I owed, almost as much as they predicted to save me in total so that's a good sign.

So far the process goes very well. Turnbull Law Group could negotiate very well 2 out of 3 credit cards balance after less than 9 month. They found a very good settlement (above my expectation). We still need more time before negotiating the third one but I am confident.
