I called when I could no longer afford my monthly payments on my bills. We went over everything he explained everything so I could understand and not be confused. Very helpful company and if I had an issue and called them they got ahold of me right away.

I have yet to get a debt officially paid off, but one has been made into a settlement with 3 payments coming up. The only thing I would like is better communication or details. Not constantly, but it has been confusing to me for my account to have enough to cover the full owed balance and the lawyer fee and there wasn't a settlement request for weeks afterward. But, they did save me a good amount on what I owed, almost as much as they predicted to save me in total so that's a good sign.

I have to call every month because I can no longer afford to deposit the original deposit amount. I wish that I did not need to call every month but I guess I have no choice. With that tho, I must say that the people there are always very kind and understanding.

So far the process goes very well. Turnbull Law Group could negotiate very well 2 out of 3 credit cards balance after less than 9 month. They found a very good settlement (above my expectation). We still need more time before negotiating the third one but I am confident.

I'm not gonna lie I was very skeptical at first but I stepped out on faith and glad I did! So far they have done everything they said they would! Pretty early in the process, only a couple months. They have settled two cards for me, and the phone calls from the creditors has stopped. Sabina so far over 7k. I felt like I was drowning, still have troubles but starting to get back on track.

Since signing on I have had very little interaction with them other to call to complain that creditors were non stop calling me. I was told that it is a process that takes time to negotiate settlements and since then, I have a better understanding of the process. They have, after 3 months, got me a settlement with one of my creditors saving me over 50% of what I owed the creditor. I could not ask for more or be more pleased thus far.

Your fees of 28% is extremely high. After getting a 40 to 50 % discount from my creditors, you turn around and charge me 28%. You're making more money than my creditors and making my situation even worse.
