Outdated a/o basic algorithms lead to customer service omissions. For example it's auto-withdrawal malfunctions, and the customer service staff on the initial phone or chat intake aren't trained or equipped to address it. So the bank will count it against you even though it's a bank issue. The year 2023 and I had to make manual payments. If you need the credit grab it, but if you're not pressed there are better banks.

The ability to use Care Credit is wonderful; however, the app and site are poorly designed. Often the wrong amounts are showing in fro-downs and the ability to change autopay is not apparent. I requested that Customer Service inform the technical team of the various areas where information is not updated; they offered to transfer me to that group. It is not my responsibility to do their job.

They have been golden for me. Paypal mastercard is my daily driver, Amazon credit card, High yield savings account, and a CD. I pay the cards in full every month. Never carry a balance. So far never had an issue.

On our travels to Morocco and Portugal in late April - Early May we encountered problems using our ATM Card from Synchrony Bank. Although it is on the Visa Plus Network it wouldn't work at ANY major Moroccan Bank ATM machine in any location we tried. In addition, In Portugal we couldn't get it to work on ANY major bank machine in the Multibanco network. Only the onerously expensive (13% comission) Euronet machines would work. Multiple and expensive calls to Synchrony Bank support did NOT result in any helpful answers. The card was validated as working by Synchrony support. My advise is to not rely on Synchrony Bank for international travel support

This Bank has good rates most of the time. However this all negated by their inabilit to communicate with customers efficiently and accurately! They have secure email, BUT they will not address ANY request you make via this SECURE email. They are not a brick and mortar bank where I can go down and talk to rep and when I try and call them on 1-800 line as they want you to, I find that I have to wait minimum of 15 minutes or so to even get someone to talk to you!! I cannot be on the phone this long to make minor requests that SHOULD BE EASILY HANDLED via "Secure" email!! Tried them twice and this was the case in both instanced, even BEFORE the Pandemic!! Will not utilize their services again!

I was a loyal customer of synchrony for years with several credit cards until I made one honest mistake of deciding to start online paying of my Lowe's card. I had my card years never abused my spending and always made payments on time no matter what. If i made a purchase I would pay it off on time or even before the month was out sometime! I decided to start making my payments online doing so I accidentally left out a single digit in my checking account number and didn't realize it and then made a payment and it caused a non-sufficient payment on my account. When I was notified by mail I called Synchrony and went over my account to find out why after years why did they decide to close my account. I spoke it over with the representative and they explained to me that was the reason.. I found it to be very hurtful because I pay my bills as I should and on time. I'm writing this review so that synchrony bank can see that the issue with my account was an honest mistake and not on purpose and for other people to know please be careful when setting up information online to double check before submitting a payment because you will be in the situation I am. No one is perfect and I hope synchrony will understand that my mistake was an honest one! I still have a balance on the card and plan to make the payments on time as I always have. Sincerely, Beverly Chavous

I took out the CareCredit / Synchrony Bank card to pay for expensive dental work and have also used it for veterinary services. I like the way the Promotional Payments can be deferred without interest which has been helpful being on a fixed income. Now the frustrating.... I had three Promotional Purchases coming due in the first 3 months of this year. I made 2 calls to Synchrony Bank (being on hold for minutes and minutes each time) to confirm the amounts of each Promotional Purchase coming due and the exact pay-off amount each. I took money from my 401-K to pay out ALL of the promotional purchases coming due, and made a lump sum payment for over $2K in a phone conversation where I specified the amount for each pay-off. Each was paid in full with no interest! It was confirmed by the representative I spoke with. Or so I thought! The next month when I went on-line to check my account, several of the Promotional Purchases showed balances, so I immediately called SB. After a LONG hold, I got a girl who was really hard to hear and who didn't seem to know what I was talking about. After going over it with her for several minutes with no understanding, I asked for her supervisor and went over it AGAIN. After another LONG wait the manager came back and agreed that the money I paid had not been allocated correctly and interest had been wrongly charged to my account. She insisted it was straightened out, apologized and informed me it could take 1 - 2 billing cycles for the corrected amount to show up. Really? Shouldn't a correction be made immediately? Fast forward to the following month - upon checking the on-line account, my balance for one of the Promotional Purchases had been moved to inactive, BUT instead of being paid off, it showed over $300 still due. So another phone call to CUSTOMER SERVICE? - another LONG wait, another lady with a timid voice who said it was the interest due for the remaining balance. She proceeded to explain how much the interest was, and I kept saying it was paid off several months prior to the due date - there was no remaining balance. Finally she said she would have to speak to her manager - WAIT, she came back, said WAIT while she got the answer...WAIT. I asked if I could just talk to the manager myself. She ignored that and said WAIT. Finally she came back and said that he "was able to remove the accrued interest" (which I said never should have been there in the first place). She again said her manager was able to fix it. I got her name, his name and a confirmation that it would be corrected within 48 hours. While I was on hold - again and again, I went to the best company website to see if anyone else had issues - thank goodness, it isn't just me!! I thought maybe I was jinxed. My husband keeps saying "get rid of that card, they are incompetent" but I keep holding out because we just don't have the money up front to pay for dental work or vet bills. I keep expecting better accounting and customer service. But, I'm about done with the time and frustration. I feel like I have to check every month to see if it's been corrected and worry about their next mishandling of the account.

Some of the largest bills are medical bills especially dental bills. I got a care credit card via synchrony Bank and because I was new to it I was given a balance 1500 to use. However an emergency came up which prove to exceed the 1500 amount so I requested a increase on my balance. My reply from synchrony was to the tune of: I haven't demonstrated the ability to use the amount given to me and no increase would be given. I explained everything in my explanation box but was denied the increase. Well now I get upset as to how I'm going to pay this so fortunately the dentist broke up the payment. Yes the bank doesn't know me but I'm sure there's a lot of people they don't know that they've increased their dental card for. They need to change their credit card to 'Don't Care' as opposed to Care credit. Oh and Jess is a side note, in reviewing your complaints, do you really send out false statements to your customers?

I have multiple account with Synchrony Bank, one with a balance of $11,000 and the others with no balance and one with a balance of $2000 on a promotional zero percent deal. I have never made a late payment, have my credit increased on all cards and never had my credit limit lowered like the other comments I have read. I called Synchrony Bank and asked to have my interest rate on my Mastercard with the high balance lowered and they refused. My credit score is over 800 and my debt to income is at %27. I simply applied for a Citi Diamond Preferred card and transferred my balance. Synchrony Bank is not customer friendly, they do not care if they keep there customers and by the comments I read, they prey on the vulnerable. I am done with Synchrony as soon as my promotional balance is paid off.

Synchrony bank reduces your credit limits when you make regular, on time payments and then pay off the full balance. They then ensure to reduce your credit for no reason. They’re crap. They did this for two separate accounts. Highly don’t recommend them and wouldn’t use them again for anything.

I would not use this bank again. They said they had interest free for 24 months. They charged me $150 promotional fee it's called. Where is the interest free I paid it up front. And this is the second time this has happened to me with this Bank. Lowe's uses them too and their interest rate is 31% plus there is a $2 fee for processing.

Synchrony Bank has horrible customer service. I paid them through bill pay with a certified check. They never cashed it. They offered no help when the tracking number didn't work. I have spent hours trying to figure out what went wrong. I finally spoke to my back and they spoke with bill pay and we put a stop on the check. I am still being charged late fees and Synchrony never recommend going back to my back to double check. It has been a nightmare.

I have had a FleetFarm credit card through Synchrony Bank for 7 years. In June, I paid my bill on the Due Date, paying MORE than was due. But I was charged a LATE fee of $30!! Then they raised my interest rate to 34.99% !! When I paid my bill, I printed out the receipt / confirmation of payment they issued me. Even on THAT, it says I paid on the 8th - the Due Date! But they claim I paid LATE. Nothing but crooks!

This bank only takes care of the companies it benefits from not the consumer, This bank is a scam, stay away from this bank and all the companies they do buisness with, Lowes, mattress firm and your local doctors offices and more. If any buisness tries to have you finance though this bank run away or find your own bank to finance through, if not you will see how fast this bank is against you and they will ruin your credit.

Terrible scam bank. Send me no notifications on a promo ending so they can charge interest and keeps my pay on auto pay without notifying me of anything so every month their system will auto charge me interest fees. Sin Crony bank is a better name. A must avoid bank at all costs. Not to mention their bank statements online only go back 1 yr so they hide all the fees and incorrectly charged amounts/scam activity. Disaster of a bank will close my account soon

Just got an account with these people. Paid my 1st payment on the due date, posted to them 2 days later and was taken from my bank account 5 days later. This month they hit me with a $30 late fee for that payment. I called, got it reversed (with a lil attitude from the woman on the phone). I guess it does pay to read the reviews before using places like this, because I DO NOT recommend this sorry place to anyone. STAY AWAY, it’s a predatory loan bank. I would have given no stars but wouldn’t even let me do that.

The worst “bank”. they can’t keep track of Verizon credit card auto pay payments and accuse me of not making a payment even tho my bank sent proof of payment to Synchrony. And they made a random deposit into my account that had nothing to do with me—apparently can’t keep records straight, It takes them months to straighten out their mistakes on my account. You will be sorry if you set up auto pay with Synchrony— nothing but trouble. Cut up your Verizon Signature card like I did and have nothing to do with Synchrony Bank!

Over the past few months, synchrony bank has lowered my available credit on my cards and increased the interest rate. I have never been late on payments. One statement from them was because I haven't been paying on my student loans. The loans are in deferment and have been since the pandemic. They only use Transunion, no other companies. I have experion and check my scores regularly. My score is 10 pomts higher than they say. So, synchronyhy d you suck us in then destroy our credit.

I have had a Chevron card for over 26 years and out of nowhere they closed the account without notice! I called customer service and asked why I was not notified. The response was we don't notify our customers and the account is not reopenable. Followed by you can re apply for a new card! Not only does it effect my credit for them closing a long standing account but now they want me to double down and effect my credit to re-apply! Not to mention the INSANE interest rate. The bank is an absolute perfect example of which banks should NOT to be. Unfortunately, its hard to miss this bank because business like Amazon and PayPal introducing this bank as a creditor. Make no mistake, this is the bank you don't want to borrow any money, because this bank wont ask you a single question on how you would like to use you own money, and perhaps one day they will close your account by a mistake and report this to a credit bureaus

Absolutely hands down the worst credit card company we've ever had to deal with. Without any heads up, they closed 3 separate vendor accounts, all paid off, no balance, never a carry over balance; without so much as a letter or phone call. Now they require 3 new application, 3 new credit inquiry's, etc... just to try again. Come to find out we're 1 of many. Will never so much as spend a dime with them & moved all over our checking & savings as well!

Worst Lender I have ever worked with. My GF wanted a Table from Ashley's so she applied to their credit. received $3000. we used $800 and had 1 year no interest to pay it off. I made every payment on time and payed &100 a month. as soon as the debit owed reached $400 they reduced the credit limit to $500 making my account go to 90% card usage vs 10% with no notice. That is a crappy way to screw over your customers. I will never use credit from them again. and Hope that they go out of Business. Stay away from this place, They will screw you over.

I had a CD with Synchrony Bank for $60,000. I notified them of an address change early January prior to my CD maturing at the end of February. Two days ago, on the 11th of April, I was notified by my new bank that Synchrony had finally transferred the money; however, they had deducted $898.92, claiming I had withdrawn the money early! I have tried so many times I cannot count, to contact anyone at Synchrony Bank but it is impossible. All I get is a chatbot or someone who isn't even qualified to discuss banking. How does this continue to happen when it has been reported for months now, that other consumers have suffered similar losses. Because of their negligence, I lost the opportunity to invest nearly $62,500, at 5.75% interest. During the time they were “reviewing” my account to “potentially” release the funds, as though it were not mine- they claimed that I failed to contact them regarding the address change and then they put me under some kind of “investigation,” that not even my Wealth Management Bank could resolve. I wanted the money sent back to the bank from which it originated- so Wealth Management could then transfer it to another bank. They refused to discuss the reason why my bank- Northwest Bank, was not an option. My family has been banking there since 1988. Every time I confront Synchrony Bank about their negligence and gross mishandling of my account, they blame me because I failed to contact them. Classic projection and victim shaming is all I got from them. They refused to let me talk to a real banker that could help me- because they didn’t care. They kept me from three opportunities and then promptly took three months worth of interest away from me for no reason. I am at my wit's end. I'd rather put my money under a mattress than go through this again. You felt you were entitled to keep my money. I am mortified at their behavior. They kept telling me to document it in their app, and upload everything that was necessary- three different letters from other banks saying the address change was okay with them. They wouldn't transfer my money and they wouldn't write me a check either. They keep telling me to use the app and I swear to God they never read anything I sent them. Everyone else sent me a check either to my home or to my bank of origin within 24-36 hours. I have contacted everyone I can possibly contact about this issue. The way I have it figured out, if Clark Howard says Synchrony Bank is safe, then it should be. I just finished writing to the folks at the Clark Howard Show, to see if they will let me tell my story on the air.

I tried for 2 days to change my contact information. They had an old phone number on file and I had to call for them to change it. First they sent me a link where I had to take a 5 second video of myself and then had to scan in my id neither of which worked very well. After that their system sent me a passcode to call back and give to a rep. The rep had no idea what to do with this passcode. After calling back several times I was finally transferred to the fraud department for verification. That rep also did not know how to handle my situation however she contacted someone who finally gave her permission to change my contact information. The next day I went online to check my information to find out she did not update my phone again not allowing their system to send me a passcode so I could do it myself. I have two accounts with Synchrony and notice the other account wanted to send me a passcode to a phone number that I don't recognize. So I had to call again. I ended up raising my voice to this rep because he couldn't understand what my problem was and he hung up on me. So I had to call again. In the meantime I receive a digital letter from their fraud department for me to use for the next 30 days. I called the number listed on the letter and I guess what? That rep had no idea what to do or how to use that passcode. At one point while I was waiting for the fraud department rep to update my account I went online while I was waiting and updated 8 of my bank accounts in about 15 minutes. I spent about two hours over a period of two days trying to get them to update my information and it still is not done properly. I ended up closing one of my accounts which I was able to do over the phone without a rep. The other account I plan on closing once I pay off the balance. I will never do business with Synchrony Bank again. They have one of the worst customer service systems I have ever seen and I worked in customer service for over 7 years. SYNCHRONY BANK IS THE WORST! If I could I'd leave a zero-star rating I would!

Where do I start with Synchrony Bank. I first used them for care credit in which they refused to honor the interest free financing. Paid them off as fast as I could. Now they close a second card I had with them without even notifying me that the account was closed. In my state of they are going to close a consumer credit card the company is to provide at minimum 30 days notice in writing. However that never happens. By doing this they destroyed my credit. The cards are always being hacked. I had my PayPal card and Amazon card hacked multiple times. Each time they refuse to do anything and blame me for it. When it was on them. Now with them closing my card without notice I refuse to give them another cent. The DOJ needs to investigate Synchrony Bank and close the company down. If I could give them -50 stars I would. I would advise everyone to stay clear of them. The DOJ needs to investigate this fraudulent company and shut

Seems to be a very consistent concern with Synchrony Bank. I'm paying them off, making adequate payments, using some cards or not using others and then out of the blue I have a huge credit drop. They have at random cut my credit limit to $300, from $3000, stating a concern with credit inquiries. Then again, out of the blue, cut another card from $3000 to $2,250, no explanation. Card is being used correctly and paid off. They have destroyed my credit and one of the reasons they state for lowering credit limit, my credit score, that they lowered due to a sudden decrease. They have a monopoly on stores, but they are shady, scam artist and what they are doing needs to be looked into as fraudulent and illegal.

I would like start with saying this, if I knew this credit card company operate with poor standard and practices, I never would have sign up with them for the guitar center credit card. I sign up for the card to buy equipment for my local church. I had the card for over 1 year and half. Use it made purchase and paid card off not a problem. After that I used the card again an I noticed after the 3rd set of purchases my credit limit was decreased. A was sent a email that they are decreasing my credit limit. It didn’t make sense, because I was paying on it and using it and never had a late. Then yesterday was the last draw! I’m at work, I check my email, a saw I have a letter from this company(Synchrony financial) saying they made a decision to close the account. Now I can see if you are late all the time or don’t pay. I believe that is warranted of account closing. But if you make all you payments on time and this month made a double payment to pay it off and you close my account and I have credit and not behind that’s unethical and bad business practice. I have sent a letter, to attorney general office, bbb and complaint board. An after reading comment I will share my experience with my followers on social media to warn people how this company treat people.

I have several accounts with Synchrony Bank. Last month they lowered my credit limits across all accounts to where the balance was. I have NEVER missed a payment, Doing this screwed me over on my credit score, it dropped pretty drastically because my available credit to debt ratio dropped. With all the accounts, they dropped my available credit down about $5k. How I hate them... I worked so hard to bring my score up - always paying on time, always paying more than the minimum. Now my goal is to pay them all off and never do business with them again! And then a loan I have with Ally got transferred (or bought) by these fools. And for the record, Synchrony... your reasons are bull... I don't have a home loan BUT I own a home - so what's your problem?

Persistent Dreams

Had some plumbing work financed through the Synchrony Bank HomeCare card. Never again! Was waiting for my first statement to make my first payment. In that time, the balance was added to my account, pulled off as if I made a payment for the whole thing, added back, and pulled off again, ON THEIR END. It was only fixed because I called them to fix it. It appeared fixed so I set up a payment through my bank. Payment goes out, I check the SB website, it says my account is closed. They tell me it's because my first two payments (the ones I never made) were rejected. Then they lied and told me they informed me the day before I sent my actual payment. Now I'm waiting to see where my actual payment ends up so I can dispute it if necessary. Read the reviews. Stay as far away from this "bank" as you can. They are either a scan or totally incompetent.

Out of no where, they closed all of my accounts stating I was a payment risk??? I have no idea where this came from? there is NOTHING to warrant this! Icing on the cake, I had monthly payments given to a charity taken from my credit card with them which they closed. I had to receive a letter from the charity stating they were unable to obtain payment.....there was NO reason for this....... please read the numerous reviews with my same complaint. Our payment on our loan was due on the 5th of the month. Due to a change in our payroll, we chose to pay ahead at the end of January, so we would not have any chance of being late when our next check came in February. These crooks are now telling us that we own them a 30 dollar late fee. Apparently by making a payment before the statement was generated, they did not consider this our normal payment and therefore they claim that our February payment was not made on time. They did this even though we are multiple months ahead on our payments. This is ludicrous!!! I’m very disappointed that I could not give them less than one star for the review!

I seldom give poor reviews because the world has far too many critics. However, your phone system/ communication lines are sub par. The fraud team flagged our card due to a high risk transaction at Walmart. I appreciated the concern at first, but the card has not worked properly since this date. We have called 4 times to have the "card turned back on" only to have it declined for our normal pattern of spending. Moreover, your customer service team has poor communication with transferring back and forth and is unable to help with basic transactions. We have given forgiveness 4 times in the past month...with no results of fixing the problem or any sort of compensation. I am embarrassed for this company.

I put all 1’s and for the NPS question at the bottom I put 0. Then it tells me I 80% finished the review. After looking back I didn’t omit anything so I decided to test and changed my NPS question to a 10 and then they say I filled out the survey 100%. I give the 0 stars. They are the worse card ever. I filed a dispute when my card was lost. They told me they would take care of it and remove the charges. About a month later the charges were put back on my account. I called them and they gave me no response as to what happened and re stated the dispute on my card. This account was once used for my sick dog. My account was at steinbech vet clinic which is where the charges were made. I did not approve of whatever they did to her she died! synchrony should be ashamed! These crooks are still trying to get money that's wrong on so many levels! Shame on them!

I would give a zero if I could. DO NOT use any card from them. Thanks to them my credit score has went down over a 100 points. First they cancelled my long standing card, then lowered my Amazon account down to 300 when it was 1500. Then they lowered my Verizon card from 2500 down to 300. Now since they lowered it I still had like 25 available credit. For whatever reason they are now saying that I am over the credit amount. I just paid over a 100 on it and so shouldn’t be no where close to being over. I have NEVER had a late payment on any of my cards. I have paid all of them 2 weeks or so before the due date and over the amount that was owed. I’m so over them and would not recommend them to anyone. I worked so hard to get my credit up just for them to ruin it. I’m literally in tears.

I just had a letter read to me by a customer service lady, because I never got the email, she read it to me from her side. I started with a 1,200 limit at Belk and I've Never ever got my balance up that high and Always pay early and over the payment amount. Thats one card I did love at one time. I checked my monthly payment due ,as always, to find out that I went from 1,200 to 720 limit which lowered my score because it looked like I maxed out my card. Never ever mazed and paid over amount, I looked today to write my bills in my bill book and because I had an amount available they lowered my limit $20 below my available. So lowered my credit score Again. If you get it to 30 used on card they will mess you up and lower your limit. I've always made this card a priority and they are horrible at taking care of Good customers, predators are what synchrony is, can't wait to pat it off and be done with these pathetic people. Definitely they do more harm than good.

This is the worst credit card company in the entire world. do not apply for an account with them and ever miss a payment or have your credit report change because if you do they will reduce your credit card limit in extreme ways and then close your account out right. main cards I had problems with are Musicians Friend Credit Card and Sweet water credit card. I have never had a company reduce my credit line from $5000 and take it to the balance ever but this company did then they closed my accounts entirely a few months later. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO BE CAREFUL WITH SYNCHRONY BANK PERIOD. I will never again get a card from there bank ever

I am so saddened that our banking system allows such a company to operate such misleading and deceptive trade practices as this organization. I signed up for a two year payment plan in 2021. As soon as I received my first statement, I quickly calculated that they were specifying a payment amount that was to set me up to not pay it off on time. After GREAT resistance I finally got the rep to change the amount to be auto deducted such that I would pay it off in time and avoid any and all interest charges. Upon the expiration date of the promotion, somehow they had added additional monies owed and passed on a doozie of an interest charge. They are unable to explain how that happened. Note that I have contacted them now four times tallying at least seven hours of explaining to each representative their error. Each and every time, they had no notes on the prior conversation, continued to deny that I ever filed a complaint. Eventually they agree they saw I had contacted them and then begin again the standard script evading any note of customer service and/or resolution. I even received emails stating I had messages in my account only to go there and discover no such messages. Their idea of customer service is to hide, deny, hide then deny. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES enter into any agreement with this company. They are designed to set you up and then run for the hills. How can this company be allowed to operate? They are a disgrace to business.

I have a care credit card through synchrony bank and am enrolled in auto pay. I had to change my account numbers because of some fraudulent activity on my bank account. I changed everything on my auto pay with synchrony and they still screwed it up. It showed I had made my payment on time and then a week later I look and see it's past due. I've never made a late payment on anything in my life and these incompetent fools can't get it right. So now I'm stuck with a late payment on my credit report because they have no idea what they are doing. Unbelievable how anyone can be so incompetent. All they do is answer a phone and can't even get that right.

Lousy experience trying to open a CD. I filled out their application online and got no confirmation. After a couple of days, I called, and they could not find any record of my application. I filled it out again with the customer service person on the phone. Again, no confirmation. After about a week I got a letter denying my application saying, "Your application has been declined because we are unable to verify your identity as required by the USA PATRIOT Act". What? I have been a U.S. citizen my whole life, never changed my name, lived in the same address for over 20 years and they have my SSN #. Are they really saying they are that incompetent? or is there something else going on ...? The world is becoming a scary place. Anyway, I moved on to a more competent/reputable bank and I would suggest you do the same.

Had this card for YEARS (4 to be exact)! Paid off my balance and haven't had one on it for at least 2 years. Just recently, in the last 6 months, I went through a financial hardship. I was then surprised to find an email from Synchrony Bank telling me that they canceled my credit card. Now again, I had NO BALANCE on this card, and have kept a great relationship with then, so imagine my shock upon receiving such an email. My credit score suffers further, I lose my available credit on that card, and I feel betrayed and hurt by this company to boot! I could see it if I was late on payments, or if I had an outstanding balance, but I was always on time for payments, and I NEVER kept a balance on this card. These people are scumbags. DO NOT do business with them. They won't hesitate to kick you while you're down.

Terrible customer service!! I paid off my account and had a zero balance, and 6 weeks later I had a balance again, and didn't use the card. The account was messed up for 2 months when suddenly my closed account through Synchrony from years ago also had a balance!! It was a closed account and suddenly showed a balance? I called 4 separate times in an attempt to straighten it up. When I called yesterday, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she got on the phone in a mood. She told me that my bank account was closed. It has never been closed. I have had the account for years. I kept trying to explain my issue and she kept saying over and over that my bank account was closed. Not true. I ended up closing the account for my JC Penney card due to the treatment. I have been a long time customer, I don't miss payments and I was treated horribly by Heather a so called supervisor from the call center. She was rude, and she didn't listen to the problem. Horrible customer service! Train your people!! I am contacting JC Penney to let them know how I was treated by Synchrony and why I dropped my JCPenney card. Also, I am reaching out to the State Attorney General to file a BBB complaint. I encourage others to do the same. I am disappointed in the way I was treated for a series of missteps on their end. Shameful.
