After calling Milgard to get a Warranty replacement spring for a single hung window I was put on hold for well over 30 Minutes. After someone finally answered the phone he was very friendly and helpful, and verified which part was needed and said it would be shipped out which it was and I received the parts within five business days with no charge. Other than the extensive wait time on the phone my experience with Milgard was very good.

We have been purchasing Milgard products for 18 + years and love the product. The only negative has been obtaining reliable service in the last few years. Having to wait approximately 2 months for a tech to come out and then tell me he doesn’t have parts and to reschedule for another appointment is unacceptable. I personally drove to your Simi Valley facility and picked up the replacement parts and installed them myself in less than 5 minutes. Service should exemplify your beautiful product, not distract from it

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR MY SLIDING PATIO DOOR SCREENS. TIFFANY MOORE ANSWERED MY CALL AND WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. SHE SEARCHED FOR THE PART i NEEDED AND SENT ME A PICTURE IN EMAIL TO VERIFY THAT WAS THE PART NEEDED. HOWEVER, WHOEVER PULLED THE PART AND SENT IT TO ME SENT THE WRONG PART. I CONTACTED TIFFANY AGAIN AND SHE HAS SENT - THE CORRECT PART - I HOPE. THE NEW SHIPMENT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET.

I had to have one window replaced due to a broken seal. The company sent an email verifying the replacement time and date. The window and two men showed up on time, after calling to say when they would arrive. The window was replaced in less than 20 minutes. They did an efficient job.

We are in the process of installing our last two windows. The house is much warmer and quiet and we love the doors . One door is separating on the inside, however, and our installer thinks we can glue it back. The whole inside of the door is pulling apart and we had to tape it together for it to close. our installer has the flu and plans to glue it back together when he returns next week. Besides this, all is beautiful. Any suggestion. Also, one of the small wheels in the screens is missing. Where can we get one?

We are very pleased with our sliding door. It is very attractive and works well. The technician told us to only use a lubricating spray without petroleum distillates. We cannot find this anywhere. Can you suggest some sources for this?

We installed Milgard windows 17 years ago and they are still holding up well! I purchased another local brand of windows for a different part of my house shortly after I installed the Milgard windows and I continually have them fog up and get hard to open but not the Milgard windows.

We had Millard windows installed about 15 years ago. We have had no problems with this brand. We noticed a big difference right away. We no longer had the draft like are old windows. And we seen a big difference in our electric bill. These windows made my house nice and toasty warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer without breaking the bank.

We have windows and doors from MIlgard and they do a great job at masking sound. They are nice to look at and relatively easy to clean. I like that the latch is easy to open on the windows the slide up, and the windows that crank and then lock - are also easy to maneuver. I would use Milgard for all future windows and doors (sliding or french) Plus, Lifetime warranty.

We have Milgard windows in our home that is about 6 years old. We have been very happy with our windows! They are sealed well and don't ice up on the inside when it's cold. They are easy to open and close which is super nice. The screens come out easily when needed for the most part. The bigger screens are sometimes difficult, but compared to other windows we've had, these are much easier. I think any big screens are just bulky and more difficult. The windows themselves are awesome! I would definitely get Milgard again if we ever needed new windows.
