I went through 99% of my loan submitting everything that they requested then all of a sudden no return phone calls when I did call I always talk to somebody different they were going to look into it they never looked into it it was the worst experience I ever had I would never refer them to anyone I knew or didn't know for that fact was a horrible experience the worst company I've ever dealt with

I at first had a great experience and wanted to work with them then once I gave my deposit I was forgotten about. I had to call in a week later to ask about an update then they tried to work on my file but was put aside again and not given a response for 3 days after them repeatedly telling me it would be done this day or this day. Finally I was done with it and asked for my money back which they said they gave me but I have no received it yet.

Jan 4 Began ReFi with Stephon M. After sending all my requested information over and over. 3 Months later Rate Change, Points, It I have to BUY the loan. Having GREAT credit, Still no end in Site. Stephon M's Boss calls me. Tristin is on the phone for a hour. STILL no loan, Points 4 K time. Rate, Not as advertised. Refund? Oh Amerisave will send me a email. Strongly Recommend ANYONE ELSE ! GO TO YOUR LOCAL BANK. Not AmeriSave. a total Waste of your time. TOTAL !

They wrote up the mortgage at at good rate, took my deposit, then changed my rate. When I said why? They said that the rate would go back to the original quoted rate at closing. They LIED, and took my money only to waste my time to try and shaft me at closing. I would not ever do and mortgage on line again, they don't care as they never even have to see the faces of the people that they are trying to cheat. They will promise you the moon, till they get your money, then you are stick on the back burner, till they figure that your desperate and change rates. BEWARE...THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Wasted 2 1/2 months of my time and then realize that they processed my application correctly. When they corrected it, the interest rates were higher and they would not honor the original rate because it would’ve cost them about $15,000 to do the right thing. This is a pattern for them not to process loans correctly. Save your time and go with different lender.

Horrible experience! We were locked into a 2.5% refi in January with set fees. I provided them everything requested, excellent credit, long term employment, home equity of $200k more than the loan. Heard nothing for weeks until I called after 1st week of March. The loan officer told me rates and fees were going way up and would cost about $12k with the payment going up $75 per month. I gave them the option to make it right to keep my business and they didn’t even try. Bad way to do business AmeriSave!!!! Never again. Went back to Quicken as I should have in the first place.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Our loan officer is horrible with responding in a timely manner. We have been in this process for over 2 months now. Got a new document showing we would only get back $2k instead of the $12k we were told from the beginning. We need this refinance to pay off debt, and not a measly $2k. The stress this drawn out experience has called has not been worth it at all. Choose a different company!!

I continue to wait on closing my loan. They were a no show on my scheduled and confirmed closing date. Almost 4 months now for a simple refinance with cash out. They do not lock rate until closer to closing date which is very unusual. Poor communication from company regarding status. They reduced lender credits without notifying customer so in the end higher closing costs passed in. I have used several companies in my lifetime and would never recommend Amerisave.

Horrible experience, I'm trying to refinance for almost 4 months now... if they dont approve my loan tomorrow, they are losing a customer. I swear if I could come to their office someone would get fired. All I've heard is neverending meetings, which makes me think they care about employees more than about customers, and a bunch of promises that were never kept, like checking something out, or getting back to me. I hope they go out of business......

Amerisave is a scam. The took my 500$ and then so much bs I don't know where to start. Let's just say after getting approved, and the title company doing there thing. I got an email saying my loan was denied for either incomplete docs or credit issue. They got all the paperwork they requested and approved the loan. My credit is over 800. Go elsewhere you've been warned. They are thieves it's a scam

The worst experience I have ever had. Anthony K was my loan officer and he did nothing for me except take my $500.00 then didn’t return my calls and eventually I couldn’t get ahold of him at all even though he promised to get back to me. Don’t trust this company. I have heard this happens a lot. They take your money but give you NO service. Then eventually they block your number so you can’t call them. Worst company ever. Do not try to get a refinance with this company. Believe me you won’t be sorry.

We started refinancing our home, I believe in August. Here we are in November and they won’t even call us back. It says on their website to sign up for updates that will be texted to you. Done that a long time ago. I haven’t received 1 text from them. Not 1. We paid 500$, and we feel like we have been dropped. I wonder if there’s any other mortgage companies that are willing to take our EXCELLENT credit and help us to refinance our home. I am a disabled veteran and maybe this is just how Amerisave treats their disabled veterans.

I would not use Amerisave for my future business and would not recommend to others. It took four exhausting months to close. The names on the Deed were incorrect and now only an attorney can correct that. My experience with Brent was disappointing and frustrating. He is armature, unprofessional, ineffective, negligent and with poor communication skills. He was very engaging at first when I signed the application, however after that, he did not take any responsibility on the process.

Worst mortgage experience of my life. Provided all documents the day of request. After a month still getting document requests. $500 application fee is a total rip off. The website hasn't allowed me to see the progress of my application. Originator Jeremy C is a flippant punk. The use of Robot texting requests to view the website for additional document request is lacking customer service. Very vague requests. Requests for documents trickle out, One last week, one on Monday another one today. If it doesn't close next week, I'll move to a mortgage company that actually closes mortgages.

Bait and switch from the initial web contact through to the loan officer. Lot's of different options on the web, with only one offer from the loan officer to sign. I have an 800+ credit score and a personal net worth to debt ratio of 5%. Should be a no brainer refi for the right offer for both parties Sorry, we lost your first application.... here's a second application asking for yet more information. Do yourself a favor and work with your local bank. These guys are a loan farm, only interested in picking up high fees and turning around a quick loan.
