My first unit had battery problems within a few days and was replaced. My second unit failed the second test call. Had to call customer service. It was blamed on AT&T. I have AT&T cell service and was showing 3 bars at time of test failure. I am beginning to doubt that it will be any help if I ever really need it.

Reminding my husband to put it on is a priority. He has dementia. He doesn't want to put it on the charger every night. He'd rather see how long it will last. If it goes off, he gets confused about who is tAlking to him. None of this is a problem with your alert system, it's just trying to get my husband to use it properly.

Also why is my son getting a call when my unit is supposed to be (so called low)? They picked up on many test attempts which was great, but on 8/18/2022, my dad pressed the handheld device to alert an ambulance and no one answered after 5 minutes. He eventually called 911 himself my other was having symptoms of a heart attack. Needless to say this has made me concerned.

We have tried to get a new link to set up our on-line account but we have not received one. The initial one sent expired. It's been over a month. We are also having issues with the device flashing red when we have not pushed the button or had an issue and it is fully charged.

It is losing a charge too fast. I think it has to do with static in my system possibly. Fitbits lose charge as well as cellphone. Not sure if this,is going to work as it overheated on me in the house. Cannot wear to bed, it immediately says "fall detected" as soon as I move around. It's a bit over sensitive and I have to keep resetting it.

After receiving an alert on my mother's bracelet, a call to MobileHelp results in too many interactions with the phone system. At thos point in a situation, it seems inappropriate to be interacting with a phone system that just routes you around a never-ending process.

First of all I wasn't told that the bracelet does not have fall detection and I only found out when I fell and it didn't alert! I then was told that I would have to wear the necklace which is one thing I did not want to do. The second thing is that once I begin wearing the necklace it alerts constantly! I probably shut off a false alarm at least 2 to 3 times a day!

I activated the pendant it took 3 minutes to get connected then she asked if it was an emergency I said no I just needed help lifting him. Then she contacted the sheriff's department and relayed the message it took an hour for the sheriff's department and they still wasn't there yet so I picked my husband off the floor and hurt my arm. I called the sheriff's department back and cancelled the call.not good service at all.
