One time we had a call from the service saying that the alarm went off. I said there was no one home, and after a while, he said, "Well we really can't pinpoint the exact address." Sometimes the things just activate as well. So on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them an 8.

They always have a quick response whenever the button is pushed. They use an 800 number when they respond, so sometimes I didn't answer because of the generic nature of the 800 number. Other than that, it has been pretty good.
