My biggest irritation is that I sometimes forget to charge the battery that has to be with me all the time. Besides that, their sales team was fantastic. Plus, to install it, I just opened the box and read the instructions.

Although their representatives were excellent, however, I think it's very disappointing that they sent a service contract in a business envelope. Plus, they sent us the service contract for the wrong person. That made me think they had sent my dad's information to the wrong person, just as we had received somebody else's information.
