I've used it to test how accurate the GPS is, and the representatives I've spoken to have been very good. They came with more help than I expected. The only suggestion I'll make is that they should explain a little more the devices.

There are many problems with the Mobile Help service. 1. The fall button activates even when there is no movement whatsoever. For example, my mother was sitting with me at the dining room table and didn't even move, and the button activated. She is constantly being awoken in the middle of the night by a phone call because the button activated. 2. The mobile device cannot identify where she is. She has stopped taking the mobile device because, on at least 2-3 occasions, the button activated when it shouldn't have and the device couldn't locate her. On one occasion, when Mobile Help couldn't contact anyone, they sent the fire department to her home, not to where she was, and they would have knocked down her door if a neighbor hadn't intervened. On at least three occasions when the mobile device activated, I spoke to Mobile Help and they had her location as somewhere where she had been earlier in the week. 3. On a couple of occasions when she did fall, the fall button did not activate. 4. You have already sent a new mobile device and a new help button, so I don't think you can improve your service. We feel we are paying extra for a fall button and a mobile device, neither of which is functioning properly. 5. The one positive about Mobile Help is that your customer service and help staff is very friendly and helpful, but they cannot correct the problems with the system. 6. the fall monitor & belt monitor gives me back up when I'm alone. I have been lucky. I have fallen 4 times & have not had to use it. I had this same system when my wife was very sick & I go to work an know she was protected if something happened @ could not cll me.

I got a pamphlet in the mail, and I just ignored it, but then I started having periods of falling, so my husband suggested that maybe I should have something like Mobile Help. My biggest irritation is that I sometimes forget to charge the battery that has to be with me all the time. Besides that, their sales team was fantastic. Plus, to install it, I just opened the box and read the instructions.
