The lock box is a piece of junk. I have tried several times to open it without success. Without it what do you have? If I can't open it how can I expect someone else to do it?

Please contact Technical Support at 877-827-6207, Option 1 for assistance with your system. They can send out a new wrist button if needed. You can also put any standard watch band on your wrist button, if that works better for you.
