When I started talking to the man he did not tell me I had to have electric service to plug it in all the time and I go to Alaska where I am not near electricity. If they would have told me that I would not have taken it. It does help when you are close to electricity but when you don't, I don't know what you're supposed to do.

I cannot wear the necklace because every time I sit down on the sofa, I get an alert that a fall is detected. I can wear the bracelet but it does not detect an actual fall.

1. Have not have to use it so I can't judge it. 2. Pendant is too sensitive when wearing it and sets off the alert. I am now using the watch and so far I have been lucky to not need it.
