They seem to more responsive to the phone inquiry and not as pushy as some other companies. They answer very quickly and they are always courteous but the information in not always consistent.

I like the way the sales person explained it. I feel it's a good company and I am glad I have it. I can carry it with me around my neck and it's always not far from me. It is expensive.

I use it daily. It can be annoying but I went snowshoeing today and if I had fallen in the park I know I could have called for help. Everybody else I know wears one, it looks the same as all my friends who have different types.

I think it's a comfort to have the device. It gives me comfort to know that I have GPS to take with me and that I could push the button and somebody will come. I did have a couple of false alarms with the necklace.

I feel safer. I have both the bracelet and the pendant but I wear the pendant most of the time because I don't think I need both on. If anything happened they would be right there.

I first saw it in the AARP magazine and I liked the features that it had. It's a really nice watch and I would recommend it to anyone. I think the only flaw that should be changed is there should be a password when you push the button.

I canceled my membership because I had too many false alarms. When I called them to tell them I wanted to return the machine, they were very supportive. They were not accusatory in any way. They were very helpful about information to get the device back and everything else. They have very good support for their machine

The mobile unit is perfect, but the base unit can't hear past 6 feet. So, the base unit doesn't allow me to communicate with the operator. They also have good customer service and tech support.

I keep it on my neck all time, twenty four hours a day. I'm always setting the alarm off and they're right there. I had a hard time getting used to it because I used to have a different one. It kind of bothers me that it goes off so easily but otherwise it is fine. I also don't like paying that much each month.

When I first got it, I pushed the button by mistake and it called in and I was told that they will try to stop it but about two minutes later the police were at my front door so I found out that it works pretty good. I think the company is very well organized. I got information like fridge magnets anda door key box that they said might help.

I've had a good response from the customer service when I have had false alarms. They've been helpful in terms of setting it off. I have the fall feature and I've just had too many times when it's gone off and I had no intention of it going off. It's pretty annoying.

They did what I asked them to do. They call the ambulance for me when I could not reach my telephone. I hate the way it fits. I don't like the way it dangles on a chain and I find it kind of unwieldy under my clothing and I don't like having to wear things around my wrist.

I didn't need a land line and it so portable. I've had false alarms and they get to me right away. The one that goes around your neck goes off incessantly, I don't even use it anymore because It seems to be so touchy. The wristwatch one that I wear is fine, I'm wondering if I need to replace the one that goes around my neck.
