Customer service is very cordial. They were very courteous in answering my call for help even though it was an accident. I am allergic to the wristband. My wrist has been breaking out with blisters.

The device is really easy to set off. I have accidentally pressed the button too many times. However each time I do se it off, customer service is there ready to help me. Their response time is very fast.

The fall detection feature is what drew me to MobileHelp. Customer service is helpful when I had to set it up. Only problem is that it sometimes accidentally detects a fall if I move to fast in one direction.

I like how I am able to take it with me wherever I go, and the GPS tracker will be able to find me. I also like how there is no contract, and it is affordable to me. I do not like the necklace however, because it seems like no matter what situation I may be in, I set it off. This has been a problem for me in the past.

About 3 weeks ago the button was accidentally pushed and they called me back maybe about an hour later. I called the number back that it said had called me, but the call went to a close friend of mine. But then I realized there was another number in the message and that one got me to them correctly. There was just some initial confusion.

Anytime I call they are helpful and nice. I've never had trouble getting through or getting my questions answered. All I had to do was take it out of the box, plug in the charger, and it was ready for use.

The second I bend over and it goes below my waist they call and ask if I need help. They are always on the ball and in charge to follow through and follow up. There's no slip ups with it, it always does exactly what it's supposed to do.

The service is very handy. The devices are either a bracelet or a necklace. We had a false alarm, but since they couldn't get a hold of us, they sent out the police and fire department. I was very pleased with their service.

When I've called, I've received professionalism the whole way. When I've tested it, they answer within a minute which is good. The wrist bands are not comfortable and that's actually how I set it off and I pushed it by mistake.

It offers a more inconspicuous device like the sports watch. I had a little incident where I called, and the GPS wasn't picking me up in the building that I work at. They get real snotty with me and spoke to me like I was a child. That was a little unpleasant, but other than that it's been wonderful.

At first it kept going off with the least amount of movement, but now I have the arm bands instead of the necklace and that works a lot better. I'm 72 and they forget that I can't quite understand all that we're talking about, my husband had to help me instead.

Every time it's gone off has been when I'm not doing anything. I've either been sitting and reading or watching TV. I had it replaced, and it worked well for a while but then it did it again. They need some different kind of neck thing, so you can put a regular chain where it won't go backwards on you all the time. The machine itself is bothersome, but the customer service is friendly.

I didn't know how I was supposed to fly with it, so I called and asked them. They told me I should turn off the mobile unit and then carry it in my checked luggage while carrying the wrist watch in my purse. I had to return my fall detector necklace because it was just too sensitive.
