DAN--CARETAKER FOR MY WIFE

THE DEVICE IS VERY SENSITIVE BUT NEEDS SOME CONTROL FOR WEARERS THAT DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. WE HAVE HAD HAD SEVERAL RESPONSES BY CALLS TO MEDICS THAT TURN OUT TO BE FALSE BEFORE I COULD STOP THE CALLS. THE RESPONSE BY THE COMPANY WAS GOOD.

I only had to call the customer support one time and they answered my questions. When you push the button you get somebody talking to you over the intercome asking if you're alright which is what we are paying for. Everything went very smoothly. We got the device plugged in and it works.

The customer support would help right away. The box that we had is so soft that they were talking through. It took three or four people before they would explain what we needed to do. Nobody called from the beginning to make sure it was right. The fall button is overly sensitive.

I'll be sitting there doing nothing, watching TV, and it'll go off. It drives me crazy. I was eating dinner and there was a fall deteceted. Too many false alarms. Every time the device goes off, they're right there to help me.

There are two buttons I don't remember. You can press the wrong one. I wish there was a way either by color or something that would say okay this is your everyday use and this is your emergency button. The watch feels too big. I feel like I'm wearing a man's watch. I tested it in the parking lost and they told me I was in the parking lot. They said it takes like seventeen seconds before they pick up. I'm happy with the GPS. They cannot locate you when you're on the ground floor of a building but other than that if you're not on the ground floor or in a mall or in your house then they can locate you.

The commercial was true. I could not get up and I had a serious accident that I lost my eye sight. I'm glad that I got MobileHelp. When I just did a test, it took up to a few minutes for someone to answer so I was a little disappointed in that.

It does go off every now and then when I'm not doing anything to trigger it and that is annoying but I was told it has to be very sensitive. There's been times I've been standing doing dishes and it'll hit the side of the sink and all of the suddent it goes off. I think it's just too sensitive.

Sometimes they beep and say that they've detected a fall and I press the button and it still doesn't stop and then they put me to the opperator. If I push the button it should shut off, but it doesn't, they always get somebody to talk to me. They always answer right away.

I like it, it works well. I can take it everywhere I go. The only thing I don't like is the one I have to carry with me only last 24 hours. If I was driving long distant where it would take two days to drive, it's not universal to plug into my car.
