The only thing I didn't like was the neck cable is too short, it needs to be a little longer. Other than that everybody seems to be really friendly and they exactly what they said they were going to do.

It beeps sometimes when it shouldn't when I guess I have hit against something, it has gone off a couple of times when it wasn't necessary. I haven't had any problems except that. They have been helpful every time I have talked to them.

I like that is is 24/7. I have bumped it a few times and they have responded right away. When I tell them it was just an accident or that I tested it they're very nice. I think it is a bit more pricey than it says on TV.

Their responsiveness is superb. I really like that you can wear it in the shower and that I have two options of either the wristband or the necklace. My necklace has gone off several times without me pressing it and that is my only technical problem.

If you push the button, it takes long for anybody to ever come online. I fell in the shower last Thursday and I pushed the button and the device is in the den so I could not hear it go off or the person talking so they called my husband. I wish the machine was all over my house.

I dislike the false alarms. I've accidentally tripped the alarm several times. Customer support is always quick to answer any questions I've had. I wish I had signed up for a month instead of a year so that I could make changes on the equipment I need.

Their customer service is pretty good but it is hard to get through to them. I like everything except that it is slow. My aunt used it because she was sick and it took somebody several minutes to come on the lien to talk, which doesn't seem lone but it is important in that kind of situation.

They've always answered my questions quickly and accurately. The pendant could be improved. It tends to report falls when there are no falls and you can't really cancel it and they call the emergency without a lot of button pushing and talking to people.

The people have been very helpful and answered the things we had questions about. We paid over 600 dollasrds for the two of us to have it and we never use it because it sends out false alarms too easy. I was in the shower one day and I did not realize that I had pressed the button and I was shocked to find that my living room was filled with EMT's and I was not dressed, I had just gotten out of the shower. It was very annoying.

I have the pendant around my neck and it is very sensitive and I have hit that sucker like three times by mistake and the response has been really really quick. I like their response time. I did test it and it went well.

I used it accidentally. It's extremely sensitive and you may set it off when you do not intend to do so. I think it has great potential, but the sensitivity needs to be adjustable.

It goes off and doesn't take that much to activate it. It went off when I bumped it or something and it send a signal and they call me. I've gotten a couple that I didn't get the message and they came to my house. It doesn't hardly take anything to activate it.
