It's been a good experience. Any time we've had to deal with somebody it has been fine. There have been two or three times where it has gone off and I hadn't done anything. Otherwise everything has been great. It is kind of expensive but I wanted the one that calls you if you fall

It is all completely portable, I can leave the house and it still works. I would like to have a little faster feedback, I was surprised how long it took them to answer the last time. It usually works really well. They did everything right and I got help and they contacted the other numbers.

The other day I had my necklace in the charger I was across the room and all of a sudden the voice said call in progress. I consider that a malfunction but that's the only thing that's happened. It tested ok when I tested it.

Price is fair. The device is not as portable as I thought it would be and it would be nice if the fall alarm could be put on a wristband but other than that it's good. The tech people are good and customer service is sometimes helpful and accommodating but other times they are short.

I dislike that I can only use the wrist band because I have had trouble with the pendant. Also it was annoying when I got out of the shower to find it speaking to me. It did show that they were on the ball. I like the I am protected and that so far it has been successful.

We tested it after we got it. My husband called in and got one of the customer services to help him start it up. They were very courteous when they spoke with us. I think that anybody that has problems passing out or anything like that needs this.

The first time I set it up to be tested the person who did it did not give give me a complete setup procedure. I later call tech assistant when I realized it wasn't working the way it should. The tech assistance was very good and gave me all the instructions I needed. We set it up and tested it. It's been working fine ever since.

When my momma pressed the bottom a couple of weeks ago Mobile Help didn't notify her Son who is number one on the list. Also, they took 30 minutes to get to momma's house and when I asked them why, I was told, "it was the rescue squads fault not theirs. That sounds like something that a child would do. I would think that Mobile Help would take control of the situation but apparently they didn't do that!

The only thing I didn't like was the neck cable is too short, it needs to be a little longer. Other than that everybody seems to be really friendly and they exactly what they said they were going to do.
