Easy to use and charge. Only problem so far are 2 false fall calls - one I just placed the pendant on a pillow and it detected a fall. The other I took it off the charger and hung it around my neck and it went off.

Apparently I turn over abruptly in my sleep. MobileHelp interprets that as a fall. So I'm in a dead sleep with a voice talking to me and I have to wake up and press buttons over something that never happened. I really am thinking of canceling it.

I wish I gotten the watch. Necklace is heavy and cord not comfortable on my neck. I live in a townhouse so will throw it around neck to go up and down stairs, but once on a certain floor for a while, lay it down close to me. I have about 10 months to go with this annual contract. Should have done research better.

On 16th at 4.45 am i knocked my unit as i was packing.it bounced on a shelf then landed on tiled floor. It didnt alarn then hiur later and 450 miles driving ir went off. Was phone calls to me and my daughter. I couldnt hold button as i couldnt reach itv we hile driving they seemed not to understand on the phone had to shoot over and over no no help need . Very off putting???
